The Old Blockyard is ideally placed for walking access to the beach, St Agnes village and the SW coast path. Located at the end of a private driveway, this superb detached property presents a tranquil haven. The heart of the home is a open plan living space. The seamless integration of the living, dining, and kitchen areas is a wonderful social space. Boasting four bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite, and each with its own unique view of the surrounding foliage, this really is a wonderful escape.
