The Coach House is a converted coach house and stables. Downstairs, it has a 42 square metre open-plan living space, with a well-equipped kitchen, dining and living area. There is even a small pool table. Upstairs, bedroom 1 has a double bed and views of Severn Estuary towards Wales. Bedroom two also has a double bed doubling as an office with a large oak table. The bathroom has a shower and bath. The walls are decorated with our art work including many of local places you may like to visit.

NOTE: this studio is a separate dwelling within the grounds of main family home.

Self catering cottage, sleeps 4, in Portishead.

The early 18C cottage is a part of our home but totally separate and self contained. It retains many of the features of the time and is full of character. The two doubles are a good size and have wardrobes and shelving. The property enjoys two bathrooms; each close to each of the 2 bedrooms. There is a large lounge with a wood burning stove, ample seating, TV and a piano. The large kitchen has a range, microwave cooker and dishwasher. In the utility room there is a washing and tumble drier.

The Vault

The Vault is a really special space, which we hope you can see from the photographs. It is a basement studio apartment with its own private entrance. It is quiet and cosy with underfloor heating and an ambient temperature all year round. This property is very central, making it easy to plan your visit. We are very close to the harbour and the property is on the famous Georgian Square, Queen Square. It feels like you have stepped into a film from Jane Austen as you come out of the building.

Enjoy the wildlife view from your king size bed, woodburning stove, additional heating and air conditioning. Our cozy, small pod, situated near the village of Portbury, just a short 10-minute drive from Bristol. Perfect for couples or solo travelers looking for a peaceful retreat, our pod offers a unique getaway experience in a serene countryside setting, Surrounded by lush greenery and woodland. The cabin is equipped with a TV, a small pull-out table,mini fridge and a kettle. A hot shower & toilet are situated in an out building a few meters from the pod.

Olli's cottage is situated in one of Bristol picturesque suburds, newly refurbished 700sq Ft/70 Sqm with private terrace and hot tub (£30 extra charge to be settled at the property). In close proximity you have another property called Olli’s Summer house: Swimming pool with waterfall, pool table & ping pong table (£100 extra charge and subject to availability). Located near M4/M5, making travel to/from easy. 3 minutes drive to country pubs.
