Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Portland Parish

Beautiful classic Jamaican home in a beautiful location, with plenty of space for our 3 families to enjoy. Kitchen was well-stocked. Beds were very comfortable. Private beach is a bit wild, but interesting for exploration. The on-sight team was friendly and helpful! Convenient to Reach Falls, with Portland’s best (Boston Jerk Center, Blue Lagoon, Winnifred beach and Frenchman’s Cove) a day trip away. There is some extensive road construction underway so map distances to desired locations to manage expectations.

Claude spot is very chill and I enjoyed my stay. Very accommodating and looks just like the photos.

Great place for the price...beautiful scenic views and the property was clean and comfortable! Mr. Lee the on-site person is totally awesome! He gave us good food suggestions and made sure all our needs were met!!! I would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to Kingston! Especially if you want an authentic local feel for Kingston...check dis place!!! Nuff respect Courtney, look forward to next year!

The real thing! This place is awesome. Placement is just perfect, neigbourhood is safe and chill and the home is welcoming and cozy. Samuel is a great host! Kept good care of me, always asked if everything is good, provided what I needed, showed me around the city and I got to see more than a normal tourist would. Man felt like a big brother taking care! This is a go to place if u around Port Antonio! No complains, only compliments!

When I get to the address, at first I didn’t see the place but all I needed to do was look up… yes look up !!! It’s the house on top of the hill …. My experience here was amazing.. there is other places that I normally stay but is now a place in the pass … this new location have all my attention

I was pleasantly surprised with the location and how clean and organized the home was. The location has everything you would want minus food in the fridge 😂. Robert was very professional, friendly and proactive. I would recommend the location.

Ejay is the epitome of superhost! I tell you this man is beyond flexible and he puts guests first. You know how good of a person you gotta be to have the security guard recommending your listings to people lol. Man listen, this man is too dope of a person and this unit is as pictured if not better in person. Big ups to Ejay always! Thank you for hosting me!

I thoroughly enjoyed my time! The host is so responsive and very kind. The place is clean and provided decent amenities and I felt so welcome with the teas and coffee and snacks.

We are sad to leave and are currently rebooking for next year we have had an amazing time staying at this property it felt like home from home. Judith is an amazing host. The surroundings are beautiful kept clean and tidy. Jusith always informed us as to when the pool was being cleaned and the grounds being tided. We have family in Kingston and was local to all the shops. We felt very secure and safe within this gated property. I could go on but we are rebooking that’s how much we loved our stay here including the mangos from the tree Thank you Judith

Michael's apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures, a quiet and very nice place, the host exceeded expectations, I thank Michael for being so attentive to my stay, safety and comfort, I recommend this space and definitely will stay in the apartment when I come back to Jamaica. Best place !!!!!

First I just want to say that Sherine was an amazing host. The place was such a warm and cozy in a very nice and quiet surrounding. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

This was my second time renting one if the units at Tim Pappies, and it was just as awesome as the first! The place is super comfy, especially the bed and has everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Portland Parish is such a beautiful place , and this unit us too. The location makes it easy to explore everything - from the beaches to local spots. The host is super chill and always on top of things, which made the whole stay even better. Definitely a place I'll be coming back to... once more. If you're looking for a peaceful spot with everything you need, this is it!

what can I say. Cleveland's cabin was a rustic retreat and the perfect getaway. He was always responsive and checked on me continuously to make sure I had everything I needed. I was able to make small meals in the kitchen. The bedroom was spacious with a bathroom en suite. I had everything I needed. There's no A/C, but the fans worked nicely. I will definitely keep in touch and seek him out for future tours and airport pick-up. Thanks for everything. bless up.

Even though my stay was short I felt at home. The room was very cozy and areas were clean. Very secure home and location. close to everything like restaurants, supermarkets and gas stations. I would return given the opportunity.

Sheldon and co-host Racquel and other staff were really welcoming and I especially appreciated an early check in and their pet-friendly policy. Studio was very clean, pretty well equipped, and I felt right at home. Location was perfect for my needs, easy to get to supermarkets, banks and other local amenities. Very quiet also despite being situated in a residential neighborhood. Sheldon is a very responsive host who understands and accommodates the needs of his guests. I actually extended my stay though in another cottage on the same grounds. Would definitely recommend to others

It was an absolute joy to stay at Easyman’s place for 1 week. Portland is a natural paradise, hidden away from the main tourist spots it feels like authentic Jamaica I loved being surrounded by nature, all the tropical plants, trees & animals. The neighbourhood felt safe & friendly, music plays loud through the night if you want to go for a drink at the many small bars along the road The cabin is simple but has everything you need. Kitchen is well equipped, bed is comfy (with mosquito net), cold shower is refreshing, fan keeps you cool at night… Yes there are a couple of bugs but this is natural living! Winnifred Beach is just a 10-15 min walk through the forest…. It’s not a luxury beach but a beautifully natural beach which I walked to everyday! I enjoyed swimming in the crystal clear sea & the home made jerk chicken from Doreen’s is delicious If you want an escape from the city, to enjoy the simple beach life & to connect with nature - I highly recommend this place

I had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described — clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed, and the neighborhood felt safe and welcoming. Communication with the host was smooth and easy; they responded quickly and were very helpful throughout my stay. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting!

Wilbourn's place is magical! Have stayed at a few places in Portland and would definitely come back to Rocksteady Villa. Wilbourn is a great host and the place is spacious and clean. Lots of fresh air. Very nice community to stay in.
