The place is much larger and better than the pictures demonstrate, all amenities were available and the place was extremely clean and organized. Location is great, with market, pharmacy and restaurant nearby. Seu José was extremely thoughtful and helpful. Myself and my family adore the space and will certainly return at another opportunity.

The apartment exactly like the ad, beautiful and very clean, at all times I asked for help I was served. The bathroom is a little small, but well taken care of! I rented the apartment to my mother and my in-laws, but because it is a steep beeem street it was difficult to locomotion ape for them, other than that the apartment is very well located, near two pontal and Barra malls. I really liked the apartment, it's very spacious, cozy, and the location is great. The kitchen is complete, it has everything you need. The bathroom has a hairdryer and a good shower. The TVs, both in the living room and in the bedroom, are great, and the one in the living room is huge. The bedroom has a very large wardrobe, and the bed is spacious and comfortable. Communication with the host, Alexandre, was very good. He responds quickly and is always willing to help. There was a blackout as a result of the heavy rains, and he was ready to open protocols with the electric company. I would definitely stay again.

Marcelo is an excellent host, always helpful and polite. The apartment is good and the location is excellent. However, it needs maintenance. Teared pillows, fallen outlets, torn armchair and curtain.
