If you are looking for a safe, community- focused place as a base for your visit to Salvador then this is perfect. Friendly neighbours, lovely setting in a secure community area with a pool and a wonderful host near by. With easy access to the newly developed waterfront, beaches and restaurants it's a great place to experience life in Salvador as an international visitor to this amazing, interesting and vibrant city. The accommodation is basic but functional and we really enjoyed our stay. Thanks to Milena for being such a great host.

mr. Miguel, always attentive. giving clear instructions about the house and place where to buy and have lunch, by the way, everything close, if it is the beach, takes the right side, walks about 100 meters and will have a beautiful view of Salvador, water to the knee, very nice to relax, ah, do not forget to take the access key to the beach, there is a gate, which walks closed.

what a wonderful experience!!! the house is perfect, very wide with new and quality furniture and utensils. a lot of privacy. the noise of the fountains makes the night even more pleasant to sleep. very close to itapuã beach, which is a delight, very warm sea and without waves. great restaurants nearby. iris and its employees are of unparalleled education and helpfulness! staying in this house left the trip to Salvador much better

Gustavo’s loft is full of charm, modern, has everything you need for your stay. Can’t mention enough the view, the comfy bed, the pool and the huge terrace. Gustavo was responsive when we needed and helped make our stay better! Also his art exposed in the loft is amazing! Next year, I’m coming back!

Apartment with an amazing view! Close to a supermarket, pharmacy and there is a great bakery at the building entrance. I definitely recommend it.

I loved Vila Modena! The house cleaned with all the necessary utensils (minus the washing machine), near the beach. Towns, Towels, Bedding - all of the best quality! It has a cozy space downstairs for dinner, barbecue and relax in the pool. I highly recommend!

We love everything! The apartment itself, the location, the modern structure of the building (which even has everything from restaurants, bakeries, banking, beauty salon, linen) within the condominium itself, simply getting down the elevator and accessing the services with convenience. Notwithstanding these facilities, the building is 5 minutes (walking), on a very pleasant and safe walk, from the best Shopping Mall in the City (Salvador Shopping). Pude take advantage of the minimally very well organized and distributed apartment. And we also had the plus of an incredible view of the city (exuberant indeed). The super safe region of a beautiful city like Salvador. And the coolest, the host of Servio and Iná hosts, who were always available with great hospitality in dealing with our doubts. It was an unforgettable experience. Just gratitude.

Sergio's space is a real gem. It is very conveniently located which made navigating the city easier. I can't say enough how incredible the view and proximity to the ocean are. Seeing the ocean from almost anywhere in the space - hearing and seeing it everyday really made for a peaceful experience. Sergio is a kind, responsive, and very accommodating host. The only challenge I had was when the internet was out for 8 days. This was outside of Sergio's control and he was communicative through this challenge and after it was restored. I would recommend a visit here again and hope to return.

The apartment is great, very spacious. All rooms have air conditioning. The condominium is very well located. The gatekeepers are extremely gentle and supportive. The parking spaces in the garage are good, very spacious. The apartment is very comfortable and the cleaning was great. Also, the kitchen is very well-equipped. The condominium pool is outstanding. Communication with Aline was fast and accurate. for sure I would return!

The apartment is very cozy. The sea view is beautiful and at night it is possible to sleep listening to the sound of the waves, even with the noise of the automobiles on the avenue. On Friday it was a bit difficult to sleep because of the noise on the street, but the other days were very quiet. It has basic cooking utensils for preparing meals. The only thing that can bother you when cooking is the faucet, which has a difficult handling. The air-conditioning was working very well, accounting for the heat. The highlight is even with the balcony and the amazing sea view, both in the living room and in the bedroom. Mr. Cézar was so kind and welcoming with us. Finally, the stay is well worth it and we intend to come back one day.

Wonderful apartment, I spent great days. Beautiful view from the balcony! Comfortable rooms, all very organized! Wilma showed a lot of attention with me and my family! I have no complaints to make, it has far exceeded my expectations! When I return to Salvador, I will definitely stay with them again.

Wellington was pure sympathy and was worried the whole time. It constantly sent a message while living outside your country. The location was exactly as described, the condominium had everything that is reported in the description. The apartment is a studio, has a double bed, American cuisine, and all the utensils you need to settle with peace of mind. The home has plenty of rules in the description, I suggest reading them to have no difficulty, but the host is always willing to help if you have any difficulties. I highly recommend the stay.

The place is great and Bianca is a perfect host. Specifically regarding the space, in the photos it looks bigger, especially the rooms, but left nothing to be desired. We are super comfortable. If you had an observation, it would only be in the sense of providing a washing machine, in return for the tank, and the bed in the bedroom next to the bathroom takes up a lot of space, so that we hit the corner about 10 times, rsrs. On the other hand, as far as Bianca is concerned, he always made himself available to help everything, gave tips from the region and provided contacts of couriers, taxi drivers, etc. It is very flexible and available, always giving clear and accurate instructions. Our crew loved her. I would definitely come back again.
