There are two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a cozy living room with a sofa bed, a panoramic garden overlooking the sea, equipped with an outdoor shower and comfortable sun loungers to sunbathe and enjoy the breathtaking view and a second private garden in the back equipped with a barbecue area.

It is in excellent condition and offers 2 double bedrooms with closet and a room with double sofa bed, a living room with fireplace, a kitchen with appliances and two bathrooms with shower. Outside we find a veranda, terrace with sea view, outdoor shower, gas barbecue. Parking space inside the property for 1 car. Wi-Fi at 50 Mbps. Pets not allowed.

I am glexe ti stare with you this Amazing Place: Porto Istana Bay ..Nice Sandy beaches very close tò my house and other like Porto Taverna BeachLaCinta in about 20 MN by Car.The famous Costa Smeralda 1 h by Car or more with a Bus .It Is possibile to reach Tavolara Island with a short Ferry boat trip ( € 20 A/R) Attention very important: during July / August you have to book in Advance also the ticket for some beaches!!
