Private beach and pier. 1 hectare plot. The host family lives in the same yard, 50 m from the cottage. A quiet place for remote work. Nature and peace nearby. Welcome to our place!

Valkon guest house

Our guest room, which opened in 2023, awaits your visit to the peaceful village of Valkko in Loviisa. Apartment suitable for two people with its own entrance. The stylish kitchen, bedroom and bathroom have just been renovated. You can park your car right next to the guest room. Valkko's wonderful nature and proximity to the sea, e.g. the beach nearby, allow for a variety of outdoor and sports activities. You can come to us even by paddle boat. For the cyclist, we offer a bike wash and maintenance option.

The large and well-designed kitchen/dining area can comfortably accommodate 10 people for dining. On autumn and winter evenings, you can enjoy the fireplace in the living room. A six-person hot tub on the terrace adds to the comfort of your vacation. You can get there by car and by boat. It is also possible to launch your own boat.

Welcome to my beautifully decorated wooden duplex home, built in 1849. It’s been fully renovated and has the feel of over 170 years of history with modern twist. It is situated in the Centre of Porvoo with all the key sights close by. Historic Runeberg Home Museum right next to it and river only 100m away. Unique Porvoo Old Town is 5 min walk. In Porvoo you can enjoy some of the best restaurants in Finland, take a day cruise with old steam boat to Helsinki and then relax in the garden.

Kodikas ja rauhallinen, ilmastoitu yksiö/mökki meren rannalla n. 4 km Loviisan keskustasta. Erillinen pieni talo sijaitsee omistajan talon vieressä. Rakennettu 2023. Monipuoliset ulkoilu- ja liikuntamahdollisuudet lähimetsissä ja merellä. Perille pääsee myös pyörällä tai vaikka meloen. Loviisan keskustan palvelut lähellä (n.4 km). Huoneisto on pieni ja näppärä (n. 18m2) ja sopii siksi parhaiten 2 hengelle (lisäpatja mahdollinen lapselle). Suihkuun mennään ulkokautta, rantatohvelit on.

Grillaa kesällä aurinkoisella isolla terassilla tai paahda vaahtokarkkeja takan loimussa. Tee voimaannuttavia vaelluksia lähimetsiin tai lähde pitemmälle vaellukselle Sipoonkorven kansallispuistoon (etäisyys 28km). Kokeile kalaonneasi mökin edestä onkimalla. Ota oma, nappaava onkesi mukaan.

Uimiseen sopii parhaiten lähistöllä sijaitseva puhdasvetinen lampi. Alue on luonnonsuojelualue ja sopii hyvin luontoihmisille.

Bergkulla - Cottage by the sea

This cottage is located only 1 hour drive from Helsinki. Come and relax in the nature by the sea in this small (35 m2) summercottage with all ameneties. There is one bedroom with a 120cm bed, a well equipped kitchen, electric sauna, shower and toilet in the cottage, and the tapwater is drinkable. You have acces to the cottages own beach with pier and a rowingboat at your use. You can also rent a separate wood heated beach sauna that you can rent for 50€.

From Porvoo, the journey by car takes about 30 minutes and from Helsinki, it takes less than an hour. The distance to the centre of Porvoo is 25 km and to the centre of Helsinki 66 km. The property is best suited for couples or small families. For four adults, the premises are cramped. All the basics can be found. Electric heating, water supply, wood sauna and wood.
