Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Posillipo, Naples

Die Unterkunft von Gaia und Piero liegt wirklich außergewöhnlich schön mit einem Rundumblick auf den Golf von Neapel. Von der Lage her, der schönste Platz auf der Insel. Total ruhig und trotzdem ist alles drumherum schnell und einfach zu erreichen. Wir haben unsere Woche dort sehr genossen. Herzlichen Dank an unsere Gastgeber!

Very nice, authentic apartment – exactly as described and spotlessly clean. A number of interesting places can be reached within just a 30-minute to one-hour drive from the apartment. Despite this central location, the area is very quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, and offers convenient parking. There are several good restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Pina is a very welcoming and responsive host. We didn’t miss anything during our stay – and to our delight, we were also treated to Pina’s pie upon arrival, which I had read about in a previous review. It was delicious – perhaps we can get the recipe! :-) I can definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting Naples and the surrounding area.

Nous avions vu beaucoup de commentaires positifs sur Antonio et son logement.. et ils sont justifiés. Notre séjour (famille avec enfants) s'est très bien passé. Très joli village mais faites vous guider par Antonio pour l'accès, les routes ne sont pas toujours faciles.

Abbiamo trovato la casa esattamente come era stata descritta, con tutte le comodità, molto bella la veranda, ottima la colazione, la posizione anche se un po' distante dal centro è comunque ben servita sia da negozi che dal pulman. Inoltre da Vico si possono raggiungere molte destinazioni sia via mare sia con la circumvesuviana in modo molto semplice.

Brilliant stay in a beautiful location. The home was spotlessly clean with lovely decor. Fabulous well sized kitchen with everything you need. Very nice balcony where you can eat and the terrace is great with lovely views over Sorrento bay. Monica and Luigi are the nicest and kindest hosts I have ever met, could not be more helpful and made my family feel like we were visiting relatives as opposed to customers. They both could not have done more to make our stay more enjoyable, even giving us some Easter cake and lemoncello on our last day. They are always responsive and nothing seems too much trouble. Meta is a great spot to be able to reach the Amalfi hotspots but then be able to retreat to the peace and quiet with less crowds. I cannot recommend Monica and Luigis property highly enough. We will definitely be back! Ciao and grazie Monica, Luigi and family...and of course Pablo the dog. See you again soon one day.

Michele est un hôte extrêmement attentionné qui cherche le meilleur pour ses locataires. Excellente communication avec de nombreux conseils et recommandations. La maison est très agréable avec une vue fantastique dans un calme absolu. Le clocher ne nous a pas dérangé du tout et la literie est très confortable. La plage est accessible à pied en quelques minutes et l'arrêt de bus à 2 pas de la maison. nous recommandons fortement la Casa Mike!

Giulia is een vriendelijke rustige host die ons graag met veel heeft geholpen. We hebben vooral genoten van de grote boomgaard met ligstoelen, van het ruime huis en de drankjes in de koelkast.

Roberta e Carlo sono state due persone veramente squisite e disponibili. L’appartamento era pulito e in ordine, fornito di tutto il necessario, come una piccola oasi tranquilla in mezzo al caos di Napoli. La vista era spettacolare, nelle belle giornate è stato possibile ammirare l’isola di Capri.

Our stay at The Cave far exceeded our expectations. Yes, it was clean, easy to check in, and matched the description. What stood out were the details of the space and the host. Each corner of the home perfectly captures the heart of Naples. Additionally, The Cave’s host, Attilio, was arguably THE best host I have encountered. From check in to check out, he made sure we were comfortable and welcome. Highly recommend staying at The Cave and huge thank you to Attilio!

Wir haben zu 7. die gesamte Unterkunft von Valerio gebucht und haben ein tolles verlängertes Wochenende verbracht. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super zum Erkunden der Stadt, Essengehen, Einkaufen und für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Die zentrale Lage bedeutet auch, dass Nachts natürlich draußen ein bisschen was los ist - das hat uns aber nicht gestört. Vielen Dank auch für viele hilfreiche Tipps!

La casa è un sogno! Arredamento curato, molto spaziosa, ma sopratutto vista stupenda e posizione inimitabile. Si dorme con il rumore del mare! Sono presenti tutti gli elementi necessari per sentirsi a casa. Host sempre presente e reattivo a rispondere ad ogni domanda. Consigliatissima!

The apartment was perfect for our stay in Naples. It is close to transport links and the historical centre of Naples. The lift is a great asset. There is a mini bar on the communal terrace which was very kind of Fabio to provide.

We booked Dede's place to be able to sleep well, work and go out in the evenings. It was absolutely ideal. When one of us was ill, Dede immediately recommended pharmacies and always stayed by the phone to help. The flat is gorgeous! extremely clean. The kind of place you want to keep clean when you stay there just to enjoy it more. 10/10, absolutely recommend. Thank you Dede!

Off the beaten path in a tranquil neighborhood, this panoramic apartment is perfect for folks looking to relax. The locals are very friendly and accommodating. If you're not into walking, though, this may prove difficult. The elevator is a bit temperamental and not for the feint of heart.

Luigi was not in town when we stayed so his daughter was just as friendly and responsive. Our stay was exactly as described. The place was clean, well equipped and the location was perfect for walking to metro, shops, sights, restaurants and the port, where we took the ferry to Ischia. Overall it was a very nice stay.

We stayed at Antonio’s place for 2 nights and had a great experience. He was gracious enough to allow us to check in early, which we really appreciated. Francesco met us at check-in and took the time to show us everything we needed to know. The location is excellent—very central and walkable, yet right in front of a police station, so we felt safe even in the busy city center. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Highly recommended!

Vi havde fem helt fantastiske dage i Luigis smukke hus. Vi nød roen og de smukke omgivelser fra både huset og terrassen med udsigt over Napoli-bugten og bjergene og vulkanerne i baggrunden. Huset er smukt og personligt både indvendigt og udvendigt, og har god plads både inde og ude. Da vi ankom, mødte Luigi og Salvatore os længere nede i byen og kørte med os op til huset, hvor de viste os alting, og om aftenen kom de med pizzaer til os alle sammen (en velkomstgave) - supersødt og sympatisk. Vi følte os virkelig velkomne og hjemme. En stor anbefaling herfra og tak til Luigi og Salvatore. Vi håber alle, at vi kan komme tilbage denne smukke perle af et hus en anden gang.

Massimo is a wonderful host. Its obvious he enjoys welcoming guests. During our holiday, we kept asking for his advice and he was always on hand to help us. This made us feel very secure. On the practical side: When we arrived at the flat he had provided us with so many useful things like jams, bread, milk, olive oil, toilet roll, washing up stuff, shampoo and mosquito stuff. The only thing to note is that the flat is located in a Marina which is a slight distance from the 'town' of Vica Equense. There is a local bus that goes from the Marina but it's sometimes full. If any of your party have mobility problems then you need to consider that. We loved coming back to the peace of the Marina and its lovely restaurants.

La villa è davvero tutta fiorita, molto accogliente. C'è tutto per una grande azienda. Tutti sono felici. Adoriamo cucinare da soli, non avevamo abbastanza coltelli. Tutte le foto corrispondono. Ci siamo sentiti a casa. Consigliamo!!!!

The villa was wonderful, clean, well equipped and had beautiful views! We were a party of 12 and there was plenty of room for us , there are 6 bathrooms too. The pool was brilliant, with the most amazing views. We used public transport the whole time we were at the villa, cheap and had no issues, the roads round there are a bit tight so we didn’t fancy driving ourselves. But the stand out for us was Alfonso! He booked restaurants, sorted pizza orders, gave us trip suggestions and arranged transfers. We had one issue and it was sorted the next day. Alfonso goes above and beyond to make sure you have an amazing stay and I have to say that most of this 5 star review is due to him. We would recommend staying here and loved it!

Alessandro was the perfect host - so very friendly and helpful. The house was amazing - The photos And description don’t do it justice. It’s so much bigger than we imagined and really quirky with its different levels. The kitchen was better equipped than any we have been to before and the fruit and wine on arrival very welcome! The outside space was a huge bonus and so peaceful Amidst the town. Great location - only 5 minute walk from the station and 6 minutes on the train to Sorento. Pompeii easily accessible by train. We love your house Alessandro - it comes highly recommended!

Casa davvero molto carina dotata di ogni comfort e pulitissima. In particolare ci ha accolti un giardino molto bello curato nei minimi particolari. Alessia e la mamma sono due host davvero molto gentili e disponibili, ci hanno atteso fino a tarda serata per il check in e ci hanno fornito con grande solerzia tutto l'occorrente per la casa. Location comodissima alla città di Napoli oltre che Pozzuoli. Peccato non aver potuto godere di un soggiorno piu lungo ma questa casa è consigliatissima.

Incredible stay! However, be warned, you must be prepared to travel via taxi or have your own car! I unknowingly booked without realizing how inaccessible by foot / public transport this location is. But that was on me. About 30 min car ride to Naples. The space on the other hand is quite large, lovely, homey and romantic. The host is INCREDIBLE! One of the nicest people I’ve ever met. She offered to drive us to a pizza spot after our late check in, knowing that some of us were hungry. She even set up a taxi to pick us up from the airport, since she knows we don’t speak the language. Went above and beyond and felt so welcomed. All in all, great stay, phenomenal host, and romantic scenery.

We had a great stay at Antonella's place! The location is convenient, with easy parking and walkable access to the Pompei ruins, as well as the main stretch of restaurants (admittedly a bit farther of a walk, but we did it twice with small kids, so it's doable). The views from the wraparound balconies are beautiful, especially at sunrise and sunset. Antonella was great about checking in on us and made sure we had what we needed. One note - for those who use Apple Maps, plug in "Villa Elisabetta" instead of the address, as the listed address brought us to the wrong spot and we had to search a bit initially, but using the name there were no problems. Overall, I would be happy to recommend Antonella's place and we would gladly stay there again!
