Kitnet in a condominium near the waterfront/beach. The place is on the second floor, containing a kitchen/living room on the ground floor and a bedroom/bathroom/balcony on the first floor. Kitchen equipped with 1 cooktop, 2 burners, utensils, plates, glasses, blender, microwave, refrigerator, etc. Covered parking for 1 car. The condominium area is common to guests. (note: we provide the TV with a TV box and internet access for Netflix/YouTube. We do not have an antenna for broadcast TV)
