Newly built, high quality, modern, open plan three bedroom accommodation outside Exeter, sleeping 5. Large, modern kitchen with dining and living room overlooking the stunning Devon countryside, River Exe and sea beyond. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a large, double shower. On a beautiful day sit and relax with a glass or two on the covered balcony and watch the stunning wildlife (deer, pheasants, buzzards, hawks, woodpeckers...) Close to Exeter, Dartmoor and local beaches. Private garden.

Beautiful one bedroom coach house with parking

Enjoy staying in this well located one bedroom upside down house on the edge of the village of Lympstone. Walking distance to village pubs, shop, train station, estuary and cycle path. Downstairs there is a light airy bedroom with king size bed, a large en-suite shower room and access via patio doors to your own private garden and decked area. Upstairs is an open plan kitchen, dining and sitting room with 2 velux windows and door to the outside staircase. Parking in front of property.

Exe Estuary sunsets on the balcony (Dog Friendly)

Completely renovated with gorgeous south westerly views over National Trust fields and the River Exe. Solar system covers most of your energy consumption. 100 metres from the famous Exe Estuary Trail, a short drive to the beach (or cycle!), or a 30 minute traffic free walk to the village of Lympstone with its pubs and eateries. Completely enclosed garden (Dog & small children safe). I don't charge a cleaning fee. A local host. I'm overwhelmed by the lovely reviews received by my guests.

Little Gables is located just outside the idyllic village of Dunsford on the edge of the Dartmoor National Park. An architect designed self catered guesthouse with boutique cabin style accommodation for two. The modern rustic interior is designed for a luxurious and comfortable stay consisting of a spacious open plan kitchen and living area with vaulted ceiling, bathroom with walk in shower and a built in emperor sized bed (2m x 2m) in the bedroom area with a bath (with a view) in the room.

The Cabin is a perfect destination for a relaxing, romantic, peaceful getaway located close to Haldon Forest. With its own private entrance, parking and garden the cabin is situated over a brook with enclosed decking area and wood fired hot tub. Open plan studio accommodation comprises of a king sized bed, sitting area, shower room, kitchen with 2 burner hob, microwave, coffee machine and larder fridge (no freezer). Use of dressing gowns and hot tub towels are also included.

**No Cleaning Fees** A delightful completely self-contained bijou little flatlet which is ideal for exploring Exmouth and East Devon. Perfectly located for access to the Exe Trail which provides a scenic bike ride or walk for example to Lympstone where there are some lovely restaurants and pubs to go to. A 6 minute drive to Exmouth seafront or a 30 minute walk and about 4 minute drive or 20 minute walk into the main town centre. Local supermarket is only about 300 metres away.

Riverside Retreat

This unique cabin has beautiful river views and it's a wonderful place to watch the sunset. The high ceilings and wood burning stove give it an ambience that sets the scene for a cosy yet elegant vibe. Little luxuries like underfloor heating in the shower room add to the comfort that we seek to provide. There is a small paved area outside with a table which is perfect for a coffee or a glass of wine. Parking for one car is available and it's a 10 min walk to the centre of Topsham
