It consists of a ground floor that contains two apartments. Sports grounds and children's playground are 2 minutes walk from the Stone House. The stone house is protected as a cultural monument, is well insulated and therefore, it does not have and should not have air conditioning. The house has a large yard with a barbecue and a large free parking. PET FRIENDLY. Do centra grada ima do 8 minuta hoda.

Fully equipped 80m2 house with a heated terrace (in winter) of 45m2. The house can accommodate up to 6 guests. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, and on the terrace a large barbecue with all the equipment and wood. A baby cot is available upon request. Private parking in the yard. The yard is completely fenced.

It is a few minutes drive from Pakrac, 30 minutes from the highway and 1h and 15min from Zagreb.
