Due to the hillside location, renting a scooter is recommended to easily get around and explore the area.

Samalanta House is a family size house with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in the building and 1 more toilet. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a 4 meter long dining table. There is air conditioning in every room. Fully equipped with amenities. There is a terrace around the house. The house is in a good location, quiet and suitable for relaxing and working. Not far from the beach, you can walk to the beach in just 15 minutes. Close to restaurants, convenience stores, gyms.
