The apartment is located on the 5th floor with an elevator and is very quiet and peaceful. MINIMÁLNÍ počet nocí k pronájmu je 5. Klidná ulice s výhledem do zahrady. Do centra cca 10 min 2 stanice tramvají do stanice metra B, C. B: Palmovka, C: Nádraží Holešovice. V ulici jsou 3 hospody, vaří domácí stravu v ceně cca 95 CZK, 5 min pěšky je nákupní centrum DM, Albert a Billa.
