One of the coziest homes I've ever visited (and I've been to many). What sets it apart is that, upon entering, you feel as if you're living through the life of its owner alongside her — she clearly lives here with her children, and you could easily spend an entire day just admiring her paintings, books, and her children's crafts. After six hours there, I felt as if I'd known her for ages, and it was clear she’s a wonderful woman, awesome mother and a good person (and obviously cooks a lot)). The tuned guitar was a delightful touch. In short, this house has the soul of its owner, and I can say for sure that she is lovely. Separately, I would like to say that the design was clearly created by a person with taste, and looks much better in life - moreover, the light in the house is perfectly matched, which is rare in Airbnb offerings. So in the evening you can create the perfect atmosphere, which, together with the fireplace, will make you want to come back here again and again.

We were with my friends and family at the cottage on Slapech and I have to say it was an amazing experience! The cabin was beautifully decorated, clean, and cozy. The neighborhood was beautiful, full of nature and peace. We had the opportunity to enjoy a lot of activities. The owner of the chalet was very kind and helpful. We'd love to come back and recommend this place to our friends. Thanks for a great stay!

The house is simply magnificent, perhaps one of the most beautiful we stayed in. Tastefully furnished, super clean, spacious rooms, comfortable beds. The hot tub was helpful for relaxing after the sightseeing day. About 30 minutes from Prague, great and nice base to visit the city. Super recommended

Our stay went very well. However, be careful the booking confirmation is automatic, and when we arrived, they had not seen that we had booked for lack of network. They are still doing everything they can to ensure our stay. There is a small beach a 10min walk away, and there is a restaurant and a very nice bar.

A wonderful holiday in one of the most beautiful places in the Czech Republic. The area itself is cozy, clean, the pool is great for children. And a convenient location - every day with the children we went to castles or other interesting places in the area. We will not return in the hottest season to try the sauna

We loved our stay at Sylvas! The place is super cute, clean and comfortable, and a great location near the river and many nice trails.

Pleasant stay. Very quiet place. Good communication. Daniel is very responsive to any concerns.

The place looks exactly how it is described and the instructions were great. Communication with Alexandr was easy and smooth. My entire stay was comfortable and clean. I didn't have any issues with the place. The only drawback for me personally was that it was far away from the city centre, nearly 40 mins by tram and metro. Other than that, I would say it is a nice neighborhood.

Great place to stay, more spacious than my expectations. The distance to the water and something good to drink or eat is nice. Great seating in the garden. We definitely have a plan to stay again. The only complaint, and the owners can't fault it, is very poor wifi and weak signal.
