Dream house with a beautiful social area with a swimming pool, steam sauna, terrace with a beautiful view and a pleasant covered space with a barbecue and toilet. With two living rooms, a 70-inch TV room, a full kitchen with a dining room, a toilet and four comfortable suites. The house has a fantastic sea view! Close to four beaches and the Orla Bardot, which leads to Rua das Pedras on foot. Extremely charming and sophisticated house! Accommodates a maximum of eight adults and four children (up to 12 years old).

Your family will be close to everything, restaurants and nightclubs, schooner and buggy rides, a 5-minute walk to the main shops on Rua das Pedras, and have the convenience of walking to the main beaches or, if you wish, taking a taxi boat… when you stay with us. We have 6 parking spaces for the entire condominium and use is on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking is not included, but the access street is private, with no exit and with a guardhouse. Perfect for enjoying unforgettable moments with family and friends The house is in the corridor of the condominium, it is not facing the sea. The condominium barbecue cannot be used by tenants.
