It has a beautiful sea view, which on days of better visibility allows you to see the islands of São Jorge and Pico in the distance. The house faces a stream, has total privacy and is completely surrounded by nature, with large trees and green fields.

VALMOA is an apartment in a modern building located on a tree-lined road next to the Paúl da Praia da Vitória park, consisting of a living room with a kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom and a view of the city. Double bed with orthopedic mattress. It has all the amenities for a serene stay. There's no air conditioning, just a fan. A 3-minute walk to the city center, beach, marina and bars/restaurants.

Casa do Miradouro - 1º

New house restored, keeping some details of the old villa. It is on the 1st floor of the house, with access through the patio to the outdoor backyard. From the backyard you can have a superb view over part of the city and the islands of S. Jorge and Pico. It is a T1, consisting of a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and common room.

Downtown Praia da Vitória (al) - 2nd Floor

UPDATE: we installed air condicioning in July of 2024. The apartment now has A/C in the living room and bedrooms. A 2-Bedroom modern apartment well equipped and located in a very central area in Praia da Vitória with a great view over the city.
