Relax with family in this quiet accommodation. House with one bedroom, living room with sofa bed, bathroom, kitchen, service area, gourmet area with barbecue area and private pool. Direct access to the beach (3mins walking). Near the markets, restaurant and a few kms from Prado-BA. In our street we have a great children's playground with zip lines and other toys. Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon, HBO and Disney. Globo through Globo play. We do not offer bedding, towels and bath items.

The Verde Mar Condominium is a reference in organization, tranquility and good hospitality. The cottage is cozy and comfortable, with all the necessary items for your rest and leisure. We have excellent fiber optic internet for work or study. All this is 40 meters from the beach and 10 km from Prado.
