Holiday rentals with beach access in Praia de Ipitanga

The studio is better than the pictures that are published, complete and all brand new. We stayed in a group of 3 people during the carnival and it was amazing. The experience of staying in this condominium is different. Az always answered our questions and gave us valuable tips. I highly recommend it.

I was a little afraid of the site, but I relied on the other reviews that said to be a good location and in the end it was all super quiet. The apartment is exactly as pictured and described. We were greeted by Jack, who was very friendly and helpful. I recommend it to those who need to get to the airport or those who want to enjoy the nearby beach.

The stay was excellent! The apartment is very cozy, well decorated, and everything was very clean and organized when we arrived. The kitchen utensils are great and complete, the electric stove works super well and the wifi is also very good. The garage is spacious, easy to maneuver, and the building is safe, with caring porters at all times. The location is great — we thought the accommodation was facing the sea, but actually it is on the side of the building, which still allows a view to a piece of the beach. We very much like the ventilation of the site, it is very airy, and Bruno was very flexible and attentive, always responding quickly and helping with what we need. As a suggestion, it would be interesting to have a water filter on the sink tap. Overall, it was a great experience, we were very pleased!

A very large and comfortable apartment for the 7 people who stayed in it. The rooms are very large and with all the necessary amenities to spend a few beautiful days in Salvador. It is very conveniently located, one block from Praia Porto da Barra and the area is quiet. The supermarket is 2 blocks away. I'd like to highlight the communication with Luzineide, as she was very kind to us, concerned about being able to guide us with all the questions that arose. Thanks again.

Sandra is a good host! She was responsive and helpful her place was safe and peaceful, well structured and with great amenities. I would highly recommend, and would not hesitate to rent her place again in the future. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

The house is wonderful, exactly as described and as it appears in the photos. The aromatic perfumes of the house give a special touch to the environment. All bedrooms are large and comfortable. The fresh breakfast, sometimes made by Jo ora by Carla, made us feel at home. We're just sorry we don't have a few more days to take advantage of this "corner" :-)

The place corresponds to the described, super cozy and comfortable! The location to reach the beach of the Jacuipe River is sensational! I think n has a better location! My family and I love! I highly recommend and recommend it!

It was a wonderful experience for me and my family. We'll definitely be back more often. Cozy house and the distinguishing characteristic was the fact that it had a bathroom in each room, which gives us even greater privacy, especially when we go with other couples.

FANTASTIC! We recommend! Our experience was amazing!!! [March/2025] Great location!!! Near the TAMAR, close to the beach, close to restaurants, bars and general commerce. The apartment is all decorated, equipped and was very clean! It still has very good infrastructure! Pool area with chairs and umbrellas, freezers, 24-hour concierge and 2 parking spaces. The reception was good and the ease of check-in and check-out was also a positive point. The balcony is very nice, spacious and airy, with sofa and a table. The living room is small, integrated into the kitchen and has a sofa, TV, cabinets and air-conditioning. The kitchen is very equipped, has a table, minibar, fridge, microwave, electric oven, stove and many household appliances. The 1st room has 2 single beds, with 2 extra mattresses, very spacious wardrobe and air conditioning. The 2nd pav room has 1 double bed, spacious wardrobe and air conditioning. It's well worth it!

We came in a family and rented two units, the apt that my in-laws stayed, was impeccable! All brand new and very clean. In mine had some maintenance details but nothing serious. O Host attentive and responsive. We take advantage of the amenities offered by the condominium. We would definitely stay again.
