The townhouse has a balcony overlooking the sea and a large patio in the back with a barbecue. Two rooms with sofas and armchairs. Well-equipped kitchen with two dining tables. It easily accommodates 8 people, but we have some extra mattresses that we can arrange if necessary. Close to markets and bakeries. Located 900 meters from Iemanjá and 50 meters from the beach. We offer bed linen and towels. We don't have beach chairs or umbrellas.

Very good location, quiet, close to the beach (you can go on foot, by car, 100m, walk and play in the dunes), supermarket, confectionery, bakery. There is a paved street 50 meters away. We have Wi-Fi with good quality routers. Oblique parking in front of the building, quiet location, well lit and monitored by cameras. We really like the neighborhood because of its proximity to the beach.

With access to the piers of Barra, and an incredible view of the canal in front of Tecon. The place has historic buildings, in addition to the Barra lighthouse and the Atalaia.
