The loft has a kitchen equipped with a duplex refrigerator, cooktop, electric oven, blender and utensils. In the living room, there is a sofa with an extra single bed, a 32" Smart TV, a Roku Smart Box, Sky and Wi-Fi. Cozy suite with 1 double box bed, coat racks and niches, separate toilet and shower. The house is not luxurious but it is cozy. Access is via a 250-meter path that starts at the beach and must be covered on foot. This path begins with a slight ascent, and at the end there is a staircase (55 low steps). The path and stairs are illustrated in the photos. The house is not very tall for the village, and the height guarantees the view of the sea. Originally owned by fishermen, it was bought and renovated by my parents, with whom I spent some very good times there. Voltage: 110 V

Cozy chalet with a perfect view, on Vermelha Beach in the Center, surrounded by the Atlantic Forest. A number of bird species, hummingbirds, squirrels and beautiful butterflies share this space with us. Our chalet is close to the Itaguá neighborhood, where there are supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries, shops and restaurants.
