We live in a charming spot, with the sounds of silence and birds. Our house is in a gated community with friendly and peaceful neighbors. It is 200 meters from the freshwater lagoon, located in the Arroio neighborhood and a 5-minute drive from Barra de Ibiraquera beach. The beach is perfect for water sports and the quiet Ibiraquera lagoon. In summer, the beach and lagoon refresh; in autumn, the silence and the birds put on a show at sunrise and sunset; in winter, the whales come close; and in spring, everything blooms!
