Holiday rentals with a sauna in Praia do Muta

I went with my family and we were very pleased with the accommodation! The apartment is clean and very organized, exactly as described in the listing. The condominium is quiet and very well located, close to the beach, several restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies and supermarkets. The host, Márcio, was super solicitous, responding quickly and sending clear information and guidance, which they assisted before and during the stay. The reception staff were also super helpful, assisting in everything we requested. We want to return!!

Wonderful apartment, just like the photos, super clean and organized, check in and check out without bureaucracy, super friendly staff, the location is more than perfect, amidst nature, quiet place and a 15-minute walk from the beach. I went with my family (husband and 2 children, one with 6 and the other with 10 years) and we love it! The place is very clean and functional! We were by car and the accommodation is close to the center. Super indication!

Hosting was amazing…perfect! The house is extremely clean and of great taste! Comfortable beds, air-conditioned house and clean and quiet condominium…the plus eh the house have chairs and sun umbrellas to take to the beach, all within a cart that facilitates and a lot of transportation … .t would return a thousand times ! Great choice and place!

The location is like the photos shown on the website. It has 02 rooms on the upper floor that are small, but that fit 01 king bed and 1 single bed, which optimized the space. The kitchen is very well-equipped for big families, as was our case, and we had no problem cooking. The bathrooms have a very good size, however the shower is very close to the wall, so a suggestion is to put the longer barrel or change it for shower, to make it easier to shower. The site is very beautiful, close to the beach and several excellent stalls to spend the day. The staff at the condominium reception is very attentive, helpful and good face to meet us. The hostess was sincere when she warned that only two vehicles could stay inside the condominium, which avoided problems when we arrived. Very attentive and always responds quickly to messages sent. Anyway, we are very happy with the place and recommend it to those who have a large family. It was very worth it!

GREAT PLACE! EVERYTHING IS PERFECT!

House in an excellent condominium. All very clean, even with works close to the house. Very attentive employees. A large pool and very good for those who like to swim. Quiet locale. With Internet, service area, very good rooms and bathrooms. Arthur and Karla responded very quickly to everything we asked. Access to the Pitinga beach can be done on foot. The beach tennis court is small, but it's good to have it to play with and at the concierge offer rackets and balls for use. It is only bad is to have no shade for all the parking spaces and do not make the selective collection of the waste, but they are things that can be resolved. I plan to stay again.

It was my first time using AirBnb, and Arthur was super attentive from the start, clear and quick responses. The access to the site is very quiet, it is a well-known condominium in the region and corresponds exactly to the photos, with swimming pool, sauna, and educated employees who assist us in whatever is necessary. The house has all the basic kitchen instruments, hairdryer, iron, and was delivered well clean with bed and bath linens, like those shown in the photos. I only have to thank Arthur, I recommend with my eyes closed to everyone!

The condominium is delicious, it has vigilante at night which makes you safer even though it is not a dangerous place, which may be something more for someone who is looking for it! The entire dependency of the condominium is delicious and quiet. I found the location super strategic, close to everything you need, near downtown, close to the ferry… odd place! Happy for the family days we spent there!
