Situated on a dead-end street (no traffic), the house is quiet, sunny and airy. You can walk to the "centre" of Rosa (10 minutes walking) and there are markets, restaurants and pharmacies close to the house, all within walking distance. The beaches are a little further away, you will be 5 minutes from Rosa Norte by car and 10 minutes from Rosa Sul.
