We also offer stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking and other options for enjoying nature. Located just 2 km from Praia do Rosa, the property is close to beautiful beaches such as Ouvidor, Barra de Ibiraquera and Praia do Luz, in a region of enchanting landscapes.

Enjoy the EXCLUSIVE AND PRIVATE refuge with HEATED ofuro, in the middle of a forest with spectacular VIEWS of the sunset at Lagoa Encantada. The en-suites feature air-conditioning, TV and 600MB Wi-Fi Heated and hydromassage ofuro. Full Gourmet Space Kiosk. There are two en-suites, one with a double bed and the other with two double beds, we do not rent separately. Close to the beach and the city center. Access to the beach by trail or exclusive staircase, a beautiful exercise for the body and soul.

From summer to summer... from December to March, with its peak season. April to May, with the famous veranico. May and June, the traditional fishing of the artisanal mullet. From July to November, the whale visit. "Where you can see from inside the house"!! House on the second floor, access via ramp! Covered garage for one car.

Property in a condominium, with two units, each with its own individual pool, and on different floors. Full kitchen. Complimentary 350M Wi-Fi, 45” smart TV. Suveiros with external boiler heating. Space with BBQ area. Easy access to the beach in front of the house - 50 meters. Swimming pool without protection/barrier. Children under 6 must be supervised by a responsible adult in this space. We accept small pets, fee of R$150.00, for up to 2 pets, 4 beach chairs.

The chalet is located 200 meters from the beach with a beautiful view of the sea and easy access. Balcony: Lake with ornamental fish. Room: Bathtub with hydromassage and chromotherapy, 43" 4K smart TV, sofa bed with three adjustment positions. Kitchen: Wi-Fi, Alexa, induction cooker, oven with air fryer, minibar, electric kettle, blender and other utensils. Bathroom: Gas-heated faucet and shower. Bedroom: Double bed and two lamps. Air-conditioned chalet.
