Great stay, the house is bigger and better than in the photos. Great structure, has everything necessary for a quiet stay. The house has a lawn patio in the back, great for those who have a pet. Condominium with an excellent infrastructure, the artificial beach has a differential, super safe and with strict rules that make the stay even more peaceful. Edson received us super well, explaining all the rules, making it easy for us to check in and always available. The Edson team was also super kind and helped us during the reservation, so that it could be realized without any problems. We'll be back for sure.

The apt is exactly the same as in the pictures, super well-equipped. It has small details that make a difference, such as leaving basic toiletries and kitchen available for guests. Although they are cheap items, it makes it easier not to have to go to the market soon after arrival. As for the site, do everything on foot, 2 blocks from the sea. The condominium is very nice We had pleasant days, would come back for sure

Great place to stay in Arroio. Very beautiful and organized seaside house. Very friendly hosts and willing to help us with everything. Espaço clean and organized. The house offered new beach equipment such as a chair and the like. New, clean and sufficient pans, plates and cutlery for the people who can accommodate the house.

The stay was quiet, without any unforeseen events. The house is beautiful and cozy and very comfortable. The host and his brother always assisted us and responded quickly. I recommend it!

Very clean house, 100 meters from the sea, quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Gazebo with sinuca barbecue, the boys had a great time. Very cozy and well structured. We'll be back.

We stayed 5 days in Torres, me, my wife and two young daughters! It was great! Spacious apartment. Kitchen with all necessary utensils such as microwave, electric kettle, toaster, fridge cooling very well! Dishes and cutlery! Good rooms with air-conditioning cooling very well. It has a washing machine and dryer. It also has chairs, a cooler and umbrella for going to the beach. The location is central, about 120 meters from the beach. With restaurants nearby to walk to and the gastronomic coast and other sights to go by car, all less than 1.5 km. Apartment with covered and closed garage with an electronic gate. Parking space for a sedan car. I was well attended by the host who was always available for any questions. I recommend it and will definitely rent it again next time. Because the apartment is great and the beach is beautiful. We loved it!!!

The loft host was extremely attentive and helpful throughout the entire stay. The space is very well decorated, clean and very comfortable, exactly as described in the listing.
