The place is amazing, cozy, clean, in a quiet place. The common area of the condominium is a separate show, I was able to enjoy a lot, relax. The security of the condominium also made me very quiet! The parking space is easy to park (I have an SUV).

We loved the accommodation, everything was extremely clean and organized. We arrived a little earlier than agreed and this was not a problem for hosts. Near the house there are some restaurants and not too far there is a market. To go to the beach, it had to be by car, because it's a little far away, but all right. Great equipment in the kitchen and beautiful and clean dishes.

Great location, new and modern building, the only thing missing is an air conditioner. Grand hosts, there was a delay in check-in, but promptly offered to resolve the situation and offered me another apartment to stay, until mine is available

Dona Vera was an excellent host, mainly because of her attitude towards a problem we had. We arrived at 3 p.m. and needed to anticipate the return due to a serious case of illness in the family. This is the second time I've stayed at Nádia's apartment with my mother and daughter. Always very clean and organized. In addition, Nádia left some treats like very cold drinks, cookies and mini panettone, the air conditioning on already cooling the environment and a super nice letter. The caretaker, Mr. Alcione, who assists us, is always very helpful and polite. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. It has everything we need on Av Paraguassu and it is possible to do many things on foot, including going to the beach. Family atmosphere, no noise. Everything is great. I intend to return again and recommend it to anyone who needs it!
