It is located in the Passagem neighborhood, the oldest neighborhood in Cabo Frio, a historic neighborhood, with narrow Portuguese stone streets, a gastronomic point. From the apartment, you can walk 5 minutes to the restaurants and also to the Praia do Forte.

We have 6 parking spaces for the entire condominium and use is on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking is not included, but the access street is private, with no exit and with a guardhouse.
