The apartment was recently completely renovated for the convenience of guests, with 3 super cozy en-suites and a 4th smaller en-suite, all with split air-conditioning, and another 2 Splits in the living room. There are 4 Smart TVs, a Beer Maker, an Air Fryer and several other comfort items. Spacious living room, equipped kitchen and a private outdoor area with shower, barbecue, countertop with sink, table, chairs and Umbrelone. We have a cooler.

We have 6 parking spaces for the entire condominium and use is on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking is not included, but the access street is private, with no exit and with a guardhouse.
