Stay at Styvesethaugen in Flåmsdalen, Flåm

Stay in the middle of Flåmsdalen in rural idyll, with beautiful mountains and waterfalls. This is the place for those who want to live in nature. There is a rich diversity of species in forests and wildlife. The cabin has both a terrace with dining table and hammock and its own small garden. The small farm is located at 266 m.a.s.l. About 20 minutes drive from Flåm city center. We live in the house next door, so if there should be anything, just get in touch. The downhill to the small farm is steep, but we also have parking up by the road if needed.

Idyllic and undisturbed gem by the sea

Welcome to Nautaneset! Originally an old croft that is now used as a holiday home. The cabin is located undisturbed by Sævareidsfjorden with road all the way up. Here you get access to a charming old house, large green areas, good swimming opportunities, fishing opportunities and a boathouse with access to kayaks, fishing equipment, outdoor toys, fire pan and outdoor furniture. Outside the boathouse there is a large plot and a wood-fired hot tub. The area is child and animal friendly. Water from well, drinking water from tank.

Funkishytte with fjord view

New funky cabin near Herand on the sunny side of Hardangerfjorden. The cabin has 1 bedroom, sofa bed in the living room, kitchen and living room in one. The kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge and dining area with fjord views. Out on the balcony you can enjoy panoramic fjord views and listen to the wind or the birds. Bunk beds with room for 4 - 5 kids or 3 adults, also the loft with fantastic fjord views. Toilet/bathroom with shower and washing machine. Parking space for 2 cars. Sun all day and evening sun :)

Unique tiny house with panoramic views - "Fjellro"

Welcome to Fjellro! Here you can get an overnight stay in the scenic area of Dirdal with an unforgettable view. With only a few meters to the fjord, an almost has the experience of sleeping in the water. All amenities are available either in the tiny house or in the basement of the shop Dirdalstraen Gardsutsalg nearby. The farm shop was named Norway's best farm shop in 2023 and 2025 and is a small attraction in itself. Right next door you will find a sauna that can be booked with equally good views.

About 500 meters down to the village center where you find restaurants, shops, grocery store, Ægir brewery and pub, Fjordsafari, Fjord Sauna and Flåm railway. The apartment is perfect for couples or families. We have 3 separate bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a kingsize bed (180x200 cm), bedroom 2 has two single beds, and bedroom 3 has one single bed. If you are looking for a central but quiet apartment with a stunning view, this is the place to be.

Våkne opp til soloppgang over innsjøen med utsikt direkte fra senga, eller foran peisen.

Morning sun in the cabin wall to the east. Terrace to the west. You can drive to the door. The cabin is suitable for a family, couple or friends.

This is the place to rent if you want a very special romantic and primitive stay with absolutely outstanding views. This is a small cabin with double bed. Shared kitchen, toilet and bathroom in the main house.

"Drengstovo" with a lovely view in Hardanger

Drengstova", an apartment that is located in the barn with a private balkong facing the fjord, Sørfjorden. At the dock it’s nice to take a bath, fish or just enjoy the view. Fogefonna sommerskisenter is one houer by car from us. There are many fine hiking in the surrounding area. The most famous are Trolltunga, Oksen and the waterfalls in Husedalen,Kinsarvik. It's nice to cycle along the fjord into Agatunet or against Utne with Utne hotel, and Hardanger Folkemuseeum .

The cabin is one of 4 self catering cabins/rorbuer beautifully situated on the waters edge a 5 min walk from the Flåm railway station/harbour. Best location in Flåm with panoramic views. The use of a boat with a small outboard is included in the price, unfortunately not in winter. WiFi, Satellite TV, Bluetooth speaker, wood burner, dishwasher, clothes washing machine, microwave plus fully equipped kitchen. Free private parking. Australian/Norwegian hosts.

Boathouse by the lake in Sokn, Stavanger

The boathouse is brand new and part of the seaside house environment towards Soknasundet. There is a jetty with fishing opportunities. Buildings and furniture are made by the renowned architect Espen Surnevik. If you come by boat there is plenty of room for the boat at the jetty. The boathouse is part of Sokn Gard (see fb) which has many animals you can visit, and the farm has 5 km of hiking trails.

The raft

Cozy place at the innermost part of Flekkefjorden. Clean well-made bed. Drinking water/shower, refrigerator simple standard. Towels and consumables such as electricity, soap, toilet paper, firewood and charcoal are included. Do not park at the neighbor's but use the meeting area nearby. Welcome.
