The staycation felt extremely cosy and welcoming! Peaceful environment, clean spacious rooms, great hospitality of staff and beautifully maintained space. Loved the artefacts that enhance the beauty of the place even more. The provision of hammocks, swimming pool and walks along the greenery made my day. Me and my group enjoyed the place. Also the hosts were proactive in helping us with suggestions for places to visit and make our journey even more enjoyable. Food arrangement was delicious and reflected the beauty of maharashtrian cuisine that we were looking for!! Thank you Revathi Vilas's team for making our stay a memorable one!!

we booked the cottage but then decided to go for the main villa. Ms Nandita was kind enough to consider our request at short notice. The place itself is a rustic beauty. The charm of being isolated and the feel of having a house and then garden and then the beach was fully lived at this property. The view from balcony or having your meal sitting by the pool area was soulful. The place is isolated but then that's the charm of this place. Being in the midst of nature and yet a luxurious stay to live at. It's not just the villa but the experience that comes along as you don't feel the need to step out. The beach itself is clean beautiful and amongst the lesser known marvels. Special mention for caretaker Ram and his family who make you feel at home and are so courteous. Visit this place for the unique experience one might get. It's far from the market or the noise of city and that's what makes this place special. Already planning for next visit soon. 2 nights stay wasn't enough.

I had an incredible stay at Shekhar Villa. This peaceful beautiful property is a step away from a clean tranquil beach. We enjoyed a walk by the ocean, met friendly local fishermen, and watched the sunset from the Gajabadevi temple. We thoroughly enjoyed authentic fish thali and Malvani veg thali prepared by Ms Deepali. The host Ms Vanita Ma'am was in constant touch ensuring everything was perfect. Just make sure to carry some snacks with you since there are no eateries close by. However, The house was maintained properly including clean bathrooms. Thought it was a spontaneous trip turned into a memorable experience :)

"Wonderful Stay at Swami Bungalow" Our family of 7 recently enjoyed a 3-day stay at Swami Bungalow in Kokan, and it was a truly memorable experience. We were captivated by the stunning coastal beauty, exploring Kunkeshwar Beach, Devgad Beach, and Gazbadevi Mandir and Beach. A highlight was our visit to Pokharbav Ganpati, nestled peacefully by the riverside. The hospitality at Swami Bungalow was exceptional. Host Santosh was incredibly helpful, kind, and generous throughout our stay. Caretaker Keshav and the talented cook, Madhu, ensured our every need was met. Madhu, in particular, prepared delicious authentic Kokani dishes that delighted our palates. We highly recommend Swami Bungalow to anyone seeking a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Kokan. The place was as described and communicating with Tushar(Host) was really easy easy. He actually wasn't there at the property but the way he took care of everything was actually 10/10. If you are actually looking for an offbeat place and love to connect with nature, this is a must visit place. The place is next to the highway but still peaceful. Lots of scenic views and natural beauty. Just like the beautiful views, people out there are also beautiful by heart. To add on to it, Balu jee(caretaker) was the best person I came across in the entire trip. He took care of everything for me and has made himself available for everything. Will surely try to come back again.
