We found the apartment very clean and as described, and the hosts were very friendly. They gave us tips for excursions upon arrival. Anna Maria and her husband have created a little paradise here. If you are looking for peace, you will find it in this beautiful environment. The terrace is not only perfect for sunsets, but also for the view of the starry sky! The space was sufficient for us with two children, as we were mostly outside anyway. We can recommend the small shop in neighboring Colle d'Orano. We enjoyed the week in Patresi very much!

The elevated position of the house allows very nice views of the village of Capoliveri and the sea in the southwest and northeast. Large terrace, cozy place to rest on the sofa or sun loungers or to eat at the table with panoramic views. Two bathrooms are practical and spacious, the kitchen compact and functional for this apartment size. The village is easily reached on foot, the ascent is also easy to manage after dinner in the village. The parking space in the garage is very convenient. Unfortunately, no bed, kitchen or bath linens are offered, these must be brought along.

Great location on one of the most beautiful beaches. You don't need a car to get to the beach or downtown. The warm outdoor shower was our highlight after a long day at the beach.

This place is clean, bright and spacious, and has a fabulous location just steps from a public beach. We stayed 4 adults and 6 children and did not feel cramped. Gaia was extremely kind. We had forgotten to bring towels, even though we had been made aware that they were not included, and she immediately showed up with a generous quantity of them. Everything we needed was in the apartment. Highly recommend if you are travelling to San Vincenzo for the beach!

The Vesuvio accommodation, although small, is more than enough for two people, equipped with all the comforts it was like being at home, the kitchen was equipped with everything, there were also essential products for cooking like salt, pepper, oil and vinegar. The bathroom was very clean and, for how we visit the island in winter, equipped with heating. Exceptional terrace to enjoy the tranquility of the area and the splendor of the Gulf of Procchio. A short walk to the sandy beach, it is also recommended for those who want to take advantage of the many trails in the area. Angela is an exceptional host, she welcomed us warmly, immediately putting us at ease and providing us with everything we needed for breakfast for the following days. Thanks Angela, we'll definitely be back!

The place is functional and very clean, the location is really wonderful.

We spent a couple of nights at Elba in Isabella's beautiful apartment. It is located in a well-served area, with a large supermarket within walking distance and several bars and restaurants. 10 minutes walk from the center of Portoferraio. Isabella was always kind and helpful, highly recommended!

Definitely a positive experience. House located in a quiet area but at the same time a short walk from the seafront and the beach, small but clean, with crystal clear water. The fact of having a large terrace with a beautiful view of the Elban hinterland makes the accommodation even more comfortable. The only bad note, unfortunately, is two floors to do with a spiral staircase that with large suitcases, as in our case, was a little challenging. So single trolleys ;-). However, once you park the car you can also leave it where it is, you have everything at your fingertips: restaurants, bars, pubs, shops, groceries, ovens, beach. So the spiral staircase definitely backs up. We spent a week of absolute relaxation. Marciana Marina is a beautiful reality to visit, especially the ancient village. We'll definitely be back. A beautiful old stone house surrounded by nature. We loved it. Communication was easy and very nice and everything was a perfect fit for us. Gladly come back.

We've really enjoyed our stay at Casa Mary. It is a lovely quite place with great view. Sebastiano was very helpful and everything went perfectly.

The apartment was very nice and very clean, we lacked nothing. Procchio is a very nice little place! The deck is so beautiful. We also found the location generally good, only the main road was quite noisy during the day. Thank you for the wonderful stay :)

We spent two weeks with our two children in Mauro and Alba's accommodation and felt very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the large, private garden and the large, covered terrace. The apartment is functionally furnished and offers everything you need for cooking and eating. Even bed linen, towels and kitchen towels were provided free of charge. Mauro and Alba are very friendly and extremely helpful hosts and always responded immediately to our inquiries. For example, a defective kettle was replaced with a new one within a few hours and the hosts even disposed of our garbage for us. The only downside was that we had to clean certain kitchen utensils before using them for the first time, because the previous guests probably didn't wash them clean.

I've spent 10 days of relax with my family, we had great time, the place is very quiet and relaxing. Very clean and tidy. Air conditioned helped us in the hottest days. It's very convenient to the sea, although we spent our days of holiday by the pool. Highly recommended!!!

We met Ettore, Paola and Silvia during the stay and it felt right at home right away. Wonderful and generous people. The house is beautiful both inside (spacious, clean and functional) and outside (it has a well-kept green space that we enjoyed). Perfect location for reaching the beaches in the area. Quiet area surrounded by greenery. They pampered us in every way. Super recommended stay. We hope to see you again soon!

Perfect apartment, there was everything you need. From the balcony you can see the sea. Mauro personally welcomed us and gave many helpful tips for things to do and restaurants. He is super nice and was always reachable. The location of the apartment is great, close to the beach. The city and restaurants are within easy walking distance.

Apart from the rain that is not to blame, it was a nice stay, Matteo was always available in need and quick in our requests, he was flexible when I asked to postpone our exit, so everything was well done to be done for sure, thank you Matteo

I wish I had stayed longer. Sandra’s apartment was just perfection. It was clean, quiet, comfortable and cool. The AC was very much appreciated. Sandra recommended 2 restaurants for dinner right in the old part of town. I have to say they were incredible. The pasta as the best I had the entire trip. Piombino is very active and fun at night. I spent the day on Elba Island which is a 15 minute ferry ride away. The walk from the apartment is an easy 25 minutes to the ferry. Thank you Sandra! I loved every minute in Piombino. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lucia's place and had a wonderful holiday. The place was very clean and the staff were always extremely friendly and helpful. On site there is everything you need to spend a few relaxing and quiet days, whether by the pool or while grilling or reading in the back house garden. Even while other guests were on site, we were always able to retreat to a quiet corner at any time and enjoyed the privacy and quiet location. In the evening we could see fireflies in the surrounding forest to our great joy. If you are in the mood for a trip, there are numerous possibilities by car, such as Castagneto Carducci, Suvereto, Cecina as well as day trips to Lucca or Siena. It's also close to the beach. All in all, we can only warmly recommend the accommodation to everyone and we were certainly not the last time staying with Lucia.
