Located on the outskirts of the village, on a hill, it offers beautiful views from the windows and peace and quiet, which is disturbed only by the chirping of birds and the clatter of storks living in our garden :) The beach on Lake Blanki is 1200 m away, a dirt road - it is an ideal distance for a walk or a bike ride. At your disposal, in addition to a fully equipped house, there is a porch and 5000 m2 of land with a hammock corner, a place for a bonfire and a barbecue.

We are located on the outskirts, away from the noise and hustle and bustle of big cities, in Cerkiewnik. This small, truly beautiful and natural village is surrounded by the Łyna valley and located on Lake Limajno.

Treat yourself to rest and quiet. We invite you to the magical village of Łajs, on the border of Warmia and Mazury, among forests and lakes. There are 3 forest roads leading to Łajs. There is no asphalt, no shop, no bar. Here you will be enchanted by the hum of the forest, sunsets over the lakes, clean water and something you will not find anywhere else. This place deserved only beautiful houses with dreams and pines around. Sąsny is a family work. The houses fit into the local architecture while guaranteeing comfort and convenience.

The cottage is located in the picturesque village of Rukławki on Lake Dadaj. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a fireplace and a bathroom. Upstairs, there are two separate bedrooms, one double and one triple. The property is fenced. To the main beach, not even 200 m. The beach is guarded by a lifeguard, has a pier, volleyball court, playground and food stands. In addition, there is a water equipment rental point. There are many cycling trails in the area. The minimum rental period is 3 days.

Immerse yourself in the sounds of nature. We invite you to book accommodation in a windmill built with a technique from 200 years ago. There is nothing in it that you can buy ready-made in a hardware store. We offer a classic bathroom with an old brick floor and a cast iron bathtub, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room and a bedroom. It is a perfect place to relax for those who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and finally hear their thoughts. The lack of internet and very poor GSM coverage will help.

A cozy, intimate cottage and a large green plot for relaxation. You can enjoy the view of the lake from the plot as well as from the cottage itself, whether in the morning without leaving the bed or in the evening warming up by the fireplace. The atmosphere of relaxation, wonderful view of the lake, peace and quiet is a great option for people who want to take a break from the routine of a big city. For active people, there is a tennis court, a football field and a basketball hoop (schedule of use available on site).

Our cottage, located in Lelkowo, is an ideal base for discovering the charms of Natangia, the historical name of this part of Warmia. Lelkowo is located near the Green Velo bicycle trail, which attracts lovers of active cycling recreation. Relax in a unique place in the Warmia region, where two cottages connected by a shed are located on a slight hill. A perfect place to relax from the hustle and bustle of the city. The cottages are located in the village of Suryty, about 12 km from Lidzbark Warmiński, on a fenced plot of 7200 m2 with direct access to the lake and its own jetty. Between the cottages there is a shed, under which a large space allows you to feast at the table and enjoy the beautiful view of Lake Blanki.

Duży Dom in Wolnica is a spacious house situated amidst the Warmian forests, ideal for 10–14 people. Guests have access to 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an additional WC, a living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a terrace and a barbecue. On the property, there is a pond with a jetty, a spacious sauna for larger groups (accommodating up to 22 people), and a hot tub with hydromassage for up to 8 people. For larger groups, the Small House can also be rented in addition.
