Anderson (Julian) was a great host. As others have said, the villa is a little ways away from where the studio that is shown in the listing is, but it was absolutely breath taking. He was nice, courteous, friendly, and willing to go out of the way to show me a good time and what life looked like in the TCI, even going and grabbing beers and watching the basketball game. I’d definitely recommend renting a car to get around. All in all, it felt like staying at a friends place for the time. Great experience!

This place is truly unique. It is helpful to view it on a satellite map. It’s set in one of the few remaining nature sanctuary anywhere near Grace Bay. The home itself has an upstairs and the downstairs apartment as well as a full house 50 steps away. Both apartments are fabulous. The hosts are totally responsive and have thought of so many nice touches. Everything worked excellently and was easy to understand and navigate. The price was very fair for that part of the beach. What’s great about it is that you are very close to the action of Grace Bay yet still secluded. Fabulous.

We had a lovely stay here. It was a beautiful house that felt cozy and safe. We had access to wifi and there was good air conditioning in the bedrooms. The surrounding gardens were also beautiful, and lit up at night. The host was very friendly, helpful and responsive prior to our stay and upon arrival. It was a perfect location if you're visiting North and Middle Caicos. I would highly recommend staying here.

we loved our stay at marisa and edward’s cozy garden hideaway! it had everything we needed for perfect beach days, the beach nearby was breezy and private and beautiful and just a short walk, the stars were amongst the clearest we’ve ever seen due to the remote location yet still so close to all of the best dining spots! they had awesome recommendations and house was perfect on rainy and sunny days! host emma was super responsive- so glad we ventured a little off grace bay to stay here- loved this area even more! can’t wait to return with friends and family!

We really enjoyed our stay! The beachfront location cannot be beat, it was absolutely gorgeous. If you’re planning to be outside more than inside on your vacation, this is the perfect place. There was a kayak we enjoyed using in the ocean. You basically have your own private beach. The interior is dated so if you have to have a new and fancy kitchen, bathroom, etc. this is probably not the place for you. There was also a lot of ants in the bathroom and the exterior of the fridge could use a good cleaning but otherwise it was super clean.

Very comfortable studio with an outstanding deck, bathroom, bedding and sea view. A short walk down a private trail to the water gets you to a beautiful waterfront area for guests. Alison is a kind and inviting host. This is a unique place in a very quiet, under-the-radar island locale.

Absolutely loved our time here and very grateful for the availability in such short notice at a steal of a price. Bed was extremely comfy and clean. Slept great while I was there with the minimal hours we spent in bed hahaha. I highly recommend this Airbnb. Super satisfied with the quality of service and room we had.

Stanley’s place was a perfect stay! It’s conveniently located near the airport, and no more than a 20 minute drive to popular attractions. Everything was clean, modernized, updated, and had great WiFi connection. The property is secured behind an automated gate which added another feeling of safety & protection. Host was friendly & easy to communicate with! Will definitely book again!

Such a beautiful place! Alison was truly welcoming and helpful if you needed anything. The dogs and the goat are a unique addition to the place - they mostly do their own thing but are just fun to have around (especially the goat - hilarious!). We loved the privacy and beautiful surroundings as well as the proximity to middle caicos - this was a great base for exploring both islands. We tried the kayaks provided by Alison and they were great. Overall amenities provided were excellent. We would love to stay here again! Thank you Alison!

I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely be booking again. Eliphat was easy to reach, very friendly and understanding. The location is private but also safe and welcoming.

We really enjoyed our stay at Vista Cove! The location is perfection if you enjoy water views with peaceful surroundings and walking distance to the most beautiful beaches! We also loved exploring the Silly Creek homes by kayaks the host provided and even made use of the weight rack outside. And a great plunge pool to get cooled off! You can’t beat the sunset views here either. The whole set up was perfect for what we love. If you prefer crowds and tons of close restaurants stay near Grace Bay. But we loved the setting on Silly Creek. It’s about 20min to many Grace Bay restaurants. For us a minor trade off for the surroundings we had. Kyle and Sharice were very responsive. Great hosts! We will be back!

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Camilla! Yes, it is being surrounded by ginormous resorts, and hotels, but you would not know it sitting on the front porch, sipping coffee, which I did every morning as you are surrounded by beautiful palm trees, and a lush meticulously cared for garden. It truly feels like an oasis. You can hear the little bit of banging and hammering next-door, but did not affect our stay at all. They were done in the evening and it did not wake us up in the morning. It is clean and well stocked with everything you need but food and the grocery store is a very short drive. Air conditioning in the bedroom as well as the living room. It is privately gated with an alarm system. This place is beach walkable proximity to everything you want in Grace Bay. Yola was a text message away from anything we needed. The house beach is stunning with beautiful sand and we basically had it to ourselves even though you are right next to Grace Bay. We will be back!

Beautiful guesthouse perfect for my husband and me for our 10 day stay. It’s basically 5-15 mins to almost anywhere on the island and we explored a lot. While we didn’t use it much the pool was very nice. The king bed was very comfortable. We would definitely recommend this place. Melli was very friendly and welcoming. Very responsive as well.

Some much could be said about our stay! Wonderful view, very clean, private pool, and relaxing atmosphere! Sing a song private beach was absolutely one of our favorite spots! Bring a float toy, umbrella, cooler, and float all day in the calm shallow blue waters! It was a little tricky to find but worth it! It’s a very rocky road just past Villa de Ligera on google maps. I recommend bringing provisions with you or stopping at the larger Graceway IGA before heading to the house. Also, stop at the Duty Free at the airport since alcohol is very expensive. However, must try the local spirits and beer. Sweet T’s had awesome chicken at an affordable price “5.00” cash only! Must stop at Da Conch rum bar for the best drinks and you will see large conch shells everywhere on the beach! You may even see horseback riding tours! We enjoyed every single day looking at the beautiful blue waters from the studio! Will definitely return!

This property is more beautiful than it looks in the picture. The address given in Airbnb website does not exist, which raises safety concerns, and made us a little nervous when Sebastian gave us a different location on a different street - please correct this with Airbnb for safety and security reasons. The property is located on a very quiet street in a serene gated environment, with optimum privacy. It is minutes drive from beaches, shops, restaurants. It is very clean and homely. Lovely outside kitchen, but we were uncomfortable leaving food and drinks in the refrigerator with open access to anyone. Sebastian is friendly and responsive. We met the owners, who live on the property – very nice couple and eager to help. Printed instructions on the premises, in addition to the email sent, would be useful. I would book this property again in a heartbeat and recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay! The Airbnb was clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location just minutes from the beach. The proximity to the ocean made our trip so much more enjoyable. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made everything easy and stress-free. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would love to come back in the future. Highly recommend!
