For wine lovers, Barolo & Langhe is famous for commute. The old port of Genoa (Genova) by car takes about 50 minutes by car. Every morning you can have breakfast in the local bar and soak up the true Italian atmosphere with cappuccino and croissant. Villa Arzilla

A typical country house, with stone walls and exposed wooden ceilings, it is the ideal refuge for those who want a relaxing holiday surrounded by nature, a few steps from the town center. It consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a large, fully fenced garden. It is an oasis of peace where you can enjoy moments of serenity and relaxation. Upon request, you can use the outdoor kitchen to organize unforgettable barbecues and cook in a spectacular wood-burning oven.

Casa Verrua

Casa Verrua offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and kitchen, a relaxation area, a swimming pool, a parking space, and a pay-per-use electric vehicle charging station. The swimming pool is shared with our other two properties, Casa Clementina and Belavista. The rooms overlook two large terraces where you can sunbathe and use the hot tub. The building is protected by a mosquito control system. Casa Verrua is close to fascinating cities such as Asti, Alba, Turin, Milan and Genoa.

La Casetta

Located in Sezzadio, it is a few kilometers from the spa town of Acqui Terme, Alessandria and Novi Ligure. The Casetta is completely renovated, with new furnishings, equipment and services. On the ground floor there is the kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed that can accommodate two people if necessary and a bathroom. Upstairs there are two large bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom. Equipped with every comfort, it will welcome you during your stay.

Welcome to our late 19th-century farmhouse renovated in 2023. It's on top of a soft hill with great views. We live in the house next door and will make sure not to interrupt your stay, however, if you have any questions or need any help, let us know and we'll be more than happy to accommodate you!
