Great place: very quiet and at the same time convenient for cortina and ski resorts

We just got back from 7 days here and it was great. The house was exactly as described, yes mostly original from 1956! (new kitchen appliances and bathroom!) but everything was in excellent condition and functional, quite comfortable for a family of 4 and dog. We did very much appricieate the detail and atmosphere of the place, all very cool. The living/dining space was perfect for hanging out and the deck provided great views of the surrounding mountains. A small perk that isn't evident from the posting is that despite it being in a neighborhood (the '56 Olympic Village) this house sits more or less "alone" on the corner so you don't have any direct neighbors which makes it feel a little more secluded in the woods. The location is a short car ride (<10 min) from San Vito di Cadore which is a great little mountain town with good restaurants and cafes. We truly had a wonderful time here. Thanks Duccio!

We had a wonderful stay in Borca di Cadore. Driving time to Cortina d’Ampezzo was 20 minutes! The location was absolutely stunning, surrounded by breathtaking mountain views. The house itself was cozy, well-equipped, and beautifully maintained, making our stay very comfortable. The only small detail was that we had to ask the owner to increase the temperature in the house by one degree, but they were very responsive and accommodating, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and scenic getaway!

We stayed for one night in the wooden barrel, what can we say .. a unique location The place was nothing short of beautiful, surrounded by greenery and overlooking the Dolomites The bathrooms and room were super clean and with everything you need (dryers, creams, body motions, hairdryer, etc.) The bed with mountain and pine forest views was very comfortable and really very clean Unique and unforgettable experience Definitely highly recommended!!! Ricardo Was a superb host. The reception at his restaurant was very nice. We stayed right away for dinner and were the only guests. Later, it was about 1.5 km to the accommodation via a forest path. It is advisable to use an off-road vehicle. The place is indescribable and the pictures speak for themselves. We enjoyed the peace and solitude very much and will definitely be back.

Beautiful cottage on the hill with the possibility of bringing your animal friends, comfortable, you really feel at home, nothing is missing! One of the greatest experiences! Very kind and super helpful hosts, we'll be back soon, thanks to Silvia, Manuel and the top parents!

This place is amazing if you are looking for a very peaceful private location for a very relaxing break. The scenery is spectacular. The decor of the spaces are fantastic. The separate kitchen is inviting and very easy to cook to simple meals. Beautiful bathroom and great hot water. Exceptional clean. The cottages have a lot of history and also are adjacent to a lovely easy walk. We wished we had longer to stay here. Be aware there is no reception on the mountain and the internet can be unavailable at times. Also bring your food with you as the road is very long and winding and the closest restaurant supermarket is a bit of a drive away. This all adds to the charm and exquisite isolated atmosphere of an artist retreat! Very highly recommended with responsive hosts and very easy check in etc.

Great vacation home with exceptionally beautiful architecture, where design has been skillfully integrated into the typical flair of a mountain cabin. We immediately felt at home. The house is equipped to a very high specification, everything fits together, from the individual bedding to the old wood used in construction. The bathroom is a small wellness oasis. The kitchen is not missing anything – there is even a portafilter espresso machine that prepares a great espresso with Illy coffee. The attic is great for kids to sleep and play. The children go up a narrow wooden staircase and have their own realm. There are railings everywhere upstairs! Lucia is a great host and always helped us immediately (!) with small problems. We were able to check in flexibly and many culinary gifts were waiting for us in the house. We thank you for the lovely stay and wish Lucia all the best :-)

This cabin is just immersed in the woods,quiet and surrounded by greenery. However, it is not isolated. We were lucky enough to have Riccardo's dad on a nearby cabin that was very helpful with our requests. Nearby Auronzo di Cadore,there Lake Misurina, 3 peaks of Lavaredo. Many paths for those who love to walk. Even our two dogs were well. Highly recommended even just to rest and observe nature !

Super quaint and completely secluded cabins from the past, but with the necessary luxury: electricity, running water, warm showers,.. Great mix! If you want to relax undisturbed in nature, can operate the wood stove (we were in October and it was already a little fresh), this is the place for you. Small and larger hike and mountain tours can be taken from the cabin. Right next door there is an interesting museum village with historical explanations. We enjoyed it very much and will be back.

Fantastic traditional house fully renovated in the local style. The place is very cozy. The amenities are all working nicely, and the host is always responsive in case of questions. Location is great, beautiful view of the mountains and at walking distance to supermarket and a restaurant. Several walking trails starting directly from zortea, or otherwise within 20 min drive several other hikes

Simply wonderful cabin, with attention to detail, and surrounded by nature. Perfect for those looking for tranquility and beauty: it is isolated in the woods, but easily accessible thanks to the paved road and the comfortable parking space right next door. Inside, the stove creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere, ideal for relaxing after a day outdoors. The view of the mountains is breathtaking, especially at sunrise and sunset. A real slice of paradise. I'll definitely be back!

Luigi was very available and responsive, the accommodation was very clean and very well placed to enjoy the dolomites! I highly recommend it!

the farm is in a rental that is difficult to match. Unparalleled immersion in Trentino nature. Great availability from the host and great ease of contact. Well-equipped house.

Carlo is a perfect host and his apartment is realy confortable, much nicer than on presented pictures, warm and well organised with all needed stuff . I was there with my family for winter holidays - skiying in Cortina. I can fully recomend that place.

Very hospitable cottage, clean and equipped with everything you could need. Three comfortable bedrooms with two separate bathrooms, living room with stube and beautiful panoramic view. Very well-equipped kitchen even if a little small (oven, coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle...). Parking attached to the property, also equipped with a bike rack. Very nice and helpful host, I requested a later check-out and he allowed us to stay without any problems. I highly recommend it, I will definitely be back!

Our entire stay went well. Valentina was available to answer any questions we may have. A few little worries that didn't spoil our vacation. The wifi is very slow (4G router) do not count on it if you want to watch series but I think it is due to the geographical location of the accommodation. Otherwise for the rest, the location is perfect: calm and great view. A good memory for us.

Cozy house with a beautiful mountain view! We very much enjoyed our stay at Gabriel’s house. It was clean and we had everything we needed. Awesome sauna room! One negative point from our side was the fact that one room -which was listed as the 2nd bedroom with a mountain view- was locked. we booked the house as a couple and used one bedroom, still, it should’ve been our decision to choose which of the two, given that the house was rented as a whole.
