A historic property, renovated in 2020. The apartment is spread over three floors connected by spiral staircases. Situated in the open countryside, the house is accessed via a driveway shared with another private residence, with parking available right next to the building. As the driveway is old and somewhat narrow, a second parking area is provided for larger vehicles; guests are advised to contact the host for further details. The layout includes two double bedrooms, a room with two single beds (situated as a walkthrough space between the staircase and the second double bedroom), a terrace, an eat-in kitchen, and a small sitting area. There is also a library. The property offers 150 square meters of usable living space.

We have 2 two-room apartments of about 60 square meters consisting of a living room with a sofa bed and an equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom, independent with separate entrances. The property is a few kilometers from Ariano Irpino (AV) and is surrounded by greenery and enjoys a 360° view of the Irpinian hills. The garden with swimming pool is equipped for sunbathing in peace. We like to share our spaces and, if desired, organize lunches and dinners with our guests. Laundry and barbecue available.

The Il Pozzo apartment belongs to the Massaria Bove structure located in the Cervino hills, in the province of Caserta. It is a studio apartment of about 25 square meters. Accommodates up to two people. The apartment offers a living area with a double bed; on request, it is possible to separate the beds to have two single beds available. It has a kitchenette with a gas stove, mini-fridge and microwave. A bathroom with shower. Outside, it offers a large area with a hot tub.
