Casa bella e spaziosa con ampio spazio esterno. Padroni di casa eccezionalmente cordiali e disponibili. Chiedere a loro per indicazioni preziose per poter apprezzare una regione con tanto da vedere ma con scarsi servizi dedicati al turista.

Seconda volta al giulivo ed è una garanzia ! Antonio molto gentile il giorno d’arrivo era di domenica e soltanto la sera ci accorgemmo che la tv non si vedeva nessun canale , lui subito si rese disponibile e risolse il problema .

Sono stato in questo alloggio per motivi lavorativi,il luogo migliore dove rilassarsi e sentirsi a proprio agio come a casa,se non meglio,dopo una lunga e faticosa giornata lavorativa, l'host carinissima,educata come poche persone ormai,si è sempre messa al massimo con il BnB,e con l'inquilino al fine di garantire il massimo comfort, è stato un toccasana per un viaggio faticoso PS. Provengo da un altro alloggio,con una pessima esperienza, Martina ha avuto un particolare riguardo data la mia esperienza,host sensibile alle particolari esigenze del cliente,ci tornerò sicuramente!

L’alloggio è molto grande ed è pulito. I bagni sono nuovi e le camere spaziose. Non ci sono zanzariere, attrezzatevi con vape e affini. La posizione è fantastica, siete in spiaggia. Tutto lo staff, reception, bagnini, addetti al verde e manutentori, bar e animatori sono gentili e disponibili. Se siete una famiglia numerosa e pensate di mangiare in casa vi segnalo che l’attrezzatura da cucina è abbastanza base ma avrete una fantastica lavatrice. Negozi comodi e vicini. Mare pulito con spiaggia di sabbia che degrada lentamente, adatto ai più piccoli. Bagnini molto attenti.

Amazing property, very high quality throughout. Stunning pool and outdoor areas. Highly recommended for those looking for peace and quiet. Sant Agata is about 10 minutes drive and has everything…restaurants, bars, supermarkets, seriously good pizza. Also a great Sunday market.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Sergio’s house in San Potito! The property was spotless, cozy, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—peaceful and charming, with beautiful surroundings. Sergio was an outstanding host—extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout my visit. He went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and made me feel completely at home. I highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting San Potito. La maison de Luca est tout simplement incroyable! Nichée dans la montagne, fraîche malgré la chaleur, superbement décorée et accueillante. Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux grâce également à la générosité et la sympathie de Luca et de Giuseppina. À recommander sans hésiter.

We visited Villa De Luccheri as a family group of 15. It is such a unique place nestled in the countryside. Completely away from the tourist area which is what we were looking for. It really is a unique retreat. We loved exploring down the paths and into the forest area. The children had a great time in the pool (despite the cold weather) and had lots of places to run around. We had a lovely time roasting marshmallows by the fire pit. We were unable to use the hot tub for the first two days as it wasn’t working but Salvatore called lots of people to come and get it fixed and it was and we were able to use. Salvatore was always friendly and on hand, replying almost immediately when required. Salvatore also has some lovely people who help. A lovely helper (Alberto) gave us lots of recommendations (over Google translate) and shared his knowledge about area. After we asked him if we could pick fruit locally, the next day he gave us a bag of freshly picked Lemons and big bag of nut

This rental worked out well for my family while we visited from the US. The house is in a peaceful, quiet, and private area. We did our research on the area and we knew this was in the country and not walkable. You really need a car if you’re going to stay here. This isn’t a negative in my opinion, just want other renters to be aware. The host was very kind and responsive. We would stay here again.

It gives me great pleasure to write this review. This was simply the best air bnb I have ever stayed at. Umberto and Clelia are beyond thoughtful! The house was amazingly provisioned from a fully stocked fridge and kitchen on arrival to beautiful rooms with individual toiletry packs and dressing gowns! There were several places to sit outside to eat or relax. My children loved the table tennis and the pool. Umberto and Clelia were marvellous hosts. They brought pastries every day and Clelia was kind enough to cook dinner twice! They were exceedingly helpful in advising where to visit, what to see and how to get there, even looking up train times and escorting us to the station to make sure we caught the correct train to Naples. They offered to organise guides for Pompeii and make dinner reservations also. I have never experienced this level of kindness and generosity from hosts before and I cannot recommend their home highly enough! Thankyou once again.
