Casa d'epoca, completamente ristrutturata a 50m dal mare con giardino piantumato con agrumi e piante esotiche, portico ed ingresso autonomo sulla strada principale. Zona giorno suddivisa in due aree, relax con ampi divani, TV e musica e zona pranzo accanto alla cucina. Cucina completa di ogni elettrodomestico. Due ampie camere da letto, una con due letti singoli ed una con un letto a due piazze. Ampio bagno con doccia, la lavanderia con doccia ed ulteriore doccia esterna completano l'offerta.
