We really enjoyed our time in the house and the village. It is a beautiful house carefully and beautiful renovated! There are various lovely rooms with different atmospheres to spent the day, relaxing, reading, eating etc. The roof terrace is a lovely place to have an aperitif in the evening and the courtyard/garden is wonderful location to have dinner. The living room is great for reading or watching a movie with the presenter! The kitchen is perfectly equipped. It is a pleasure to cook and bake there! Massimiliano was always very helpful and gave us great recommendation for visits in the surrounding, restaurants and beaches. We can highly recommend this house and the people who care of it! We will definitely come back!!!

The house is nestled in a beautiful pine forest near the sea. There are other accommodations, but their outdoor spaces are for exclusive use. On the way back from the sea, the pine forest was an authentic good retreat: outdoor shower, two tables, deck chairs and masonry grill. In short, an ideal place to enjoy the silence, nature and the starry sky. The pine forest is a few kilometers from the municipality of Isola di Capo Rizzuto but there is a market and a bar nearby. A short walk from the property, there is a secluded and beautiful beach. Red sand, crystal clear sea and full of fish (Le Cannella is part of the protected marine area of C. Rizzuto). The descent to the sea is simple, but rather steep: not suitable for all ages and knees. Nearby there are still equally beautiful beaches, sometimes easier to access. Great communication with the legendary Mario. Whatelse to add? We will be back as soon as possible with great pleasure.

I had the pleasure of staying at Claudia's bed and breakfast and I can only express my enthusiasm for this wonderful experience. From the moment of our arrival, we were greeted with kindness. The property is impeccable in terms of cleanliness. The location is extremely convenient and is located in the center. This was a great advantage for our travels. The best part is the bathtub in the room. A real treat!! I particularly appreciated the quality and care dedicated to every detail. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to relax and feel at home. I look forward to returning.

Perfect stay: the accommodation more than meets the description, comfortable, equipped with all comforts, located inside a quiet and well-kept residence, a few steps (but very few) from the beach and the center of the village. A special thank you to Mr. Giuseppe because he is a really friendly and caring person towards guests, always available. And if we consider the beautiful sea of this area, I would say that you could not hope for a better vacation.

FANTASTIC We stayed at this property during a regatta. The apartment is perfect for location because a 5-minute walk from the club, a 5-minute walk from the waterfront where there are several restaurants. We always found parking under the house, free parking! The apartment is as presented in the photos, beautiful and brand new. Complete with everything. It was very nice to stay in Antonella’s apartment not just because of the beautiful and clean mare steccato that is 10 minutes by foot from the apartment. But also because the apartment was well equipped and clean. I would definitely book the apartment again for vacation.

The appartment is very close to the sea and the 'lungo mare' + you can get to the old town on foot in like 10 minutes. It was clean and the host was very responsive. If we ever get back to Crotone we'll book this appartment for sure.

Antonella and Franco's Casa di Giorgia is simply exceptional. Super strategic location: just cross the road literally twice and you find yourself at the sea; a stone's throw from Pharmacy/Supermarket/Restaurants/Seafront. Everything perfectly matches the description: very large apartment, very bright and very cool (regardless of the air conditioners that still work wonderfully, thanks also to the really great layout in the two main rooms). Impeccable host: Antonella was super present and never intrusive, very helpful even before booking, she even helped us find accommodation on the beach during the most chaotic weeks of August. Super recommended!!

The stay was really positive and I highly recommend it. The place was exactly as described and the host was extremely helpful, meeting us with check-in and check-out times. In addition, he gave us valuable guidance on typical products and amenities in the area. The apartment was well stocked with everything you need and perfect for a family of four. The view from the apartment was breathtaking, with a beautiful view of the sea. Opening the door in the morning and being in front of this show was really incredible. In addition, the beach is easily accessible, it literally takes five steps on foot to cross the street. Parking is always available, free of charge and is right in front of the entrance of the building. However, the apartment is located on the top floor of a building without an elevator, which can be a bit tiring for those who have trouble climbing the stairs or carrying suitcases.

Staying at Eleonora's place is the vacation on vacation. The house is fresh, cozy, functional, furnished and decorated with love and passion. We found the house nice and clean, with embroidered linens. From the terrace of the house, in addition to the sea view, you can enjoy the breeze and the cool typical of the village. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds are comfortable, the bathroom - small - but functional (there is a second shower in the garden below the house). We had a great time and I hope I can come back. Great apartment with sea view from the living room and terrace, equipped with every comfort. You can work by connecting to the Wi-Fi of the house even from the terrace with sea views. The house is as shown in the photos, furnished with colors that give warmth and the feeling of being at home. Located in the waterfront area, from which you can walk to both the beach, as well as all kinds of restaurants, bar, ice cream shop and also supermarkets, fishmonger, etc...but still far from the most lively area. Also convenient for families with children, in a few steps you are at the sea or at the playground with giostrine or to eat a great ice cream. Antonella was an impeccable host, very kind and considerate in welcoming us throughout the stay.

Salvatore was always kind and available. The place was super clean and fully furnished. The place is very quiet but very close to many attractions in the area and above all to the beautiful beaches nearby. Highly recommended structure.
