Very comfortable ,in the middle of downtown. Always helpful and kind owner. Clean and well-stocked apartment with everything you need. I recommend changing the linens more often during the long stays for the rest, everything is fine. See you next time

What a great stay! We loved our stay in Fabio’s place. The views were lovely. The host, Gariella was great. We felt very comfortable in the appartment. It was fabulous and had everything we needed, especially when the weather was rainy, we were very happy staying at home!

This place is an experience. The house has been decorated with a lot of taste and love. Historic building fabric meets design classics and modern coziness. We especially liked the many inspiring images. But the most beautiful is the spectacular view from the glazed conservatory and from the roof terrace into the green hills and mountains. Perinaldo is very pretty and has a considerable infrastructure for its size with shops and recommended restaurants. We felt very comfortable at Casa Garibaldi and would stay here again immediately.

We enjoyed staying with Paula very much. The apartment is located 10 minutes drive from the sea, big enough, absolutely clean and fully equipped. Paola is a very likeable host. She is always responsive, responds immediately and gave us really helpful advice. We followed several of their recommendations and were thrilled with everyone. We highly recommend this place. We didn't imagine there's a better vacation spot. Apartment and huge, there is everything and more. Nothing was missing, it felt like we were in a home of our imagination or fairytale. All good family feelings that lived in a crumbling apartment felt in every corner, it seemed we lived the dream. The view from the balcony stops your heart, you don't want to go to sleep, you want to stay on the balcony all the time in the house. It is in a very but very quiet neighborhood. Of course, he dreams of having the machine to come here. but there is reserved for the machine right at the entrance of the house. Supermarket c0nad is in 5 minutes with the machine. Thank you again for these emotions of your home! We hope to be back.

A beautiful place surrounded by nature and complete calm. The Dolce Vita is here a way of life... We loved this place, but it's a bit difficult to get there at night because the roads are narrow and a little outdated.

We were 2 families with 1 dog, 7 people in total and this place was perfect. Spacious living room, well laid out bedrooms with storage and 2 toilets. The accommodation is very modern, air-conditioned and in an extremely quiet environment. The exterior as well as the inside are very well thought out. The only negative was the fact that the curtains were not opaque and that it was very early light in the bedrooms because the shutters are with blades.

This weekend has been fantastic. The house is super warm, it feels really good. The views are breathtaking. Everything was perfect! Matteo is a very nice and responsive host.

Clean and cozy house. Everything matches the host's description. We had a really good time. The only downside is the lack of parking but in the norm in a city like Sanremo. Strictly recommended

Staying in Rita's house is like being at home. Very clean rooms and very well equipped for everything. The house is very cool even without turning on the air conditioner (the thermal coat at the house does its job in a great way). The location is really great as you are not even a 1 minute walk from the sea. In the area there are restaurants for all kinds, and in the surroundings there are also supermarkets and convenience stores if needed. I recommend Rita's place to everyone if you want to spend a few days in complete relaxation just a stone's throw from the sea. We are quite a habit of the area, and surely Rita's place will be our first choice as to how much we will go back to these parts.

The location is beautiful and it has an amazing view of the see. The house was perfectly organized and we felt like at home. We travel with 2 dogs and the fenced garden was perfect for them. Anna was super nice, we will come back.

We loved the stay at Silvias place. The Appartement is bigger then expected end the pool was awesome for the kids. We felt right at home at the place which was nicely decorated and had all the basics you need for a lovely stay. We would recommend to anyone!

Excellent hosting. Respect the guidelines for arriving on site It's quiet and typical. If you are looking for a place away from mass tourism this is the right place The village is a 10-minute walk to buy beautiful pizzas in the obelisk square to taste them at Paolla's We'll be back!

Well decorated apartment, close to the sea and close to the center of Diano Marina. Well equipped. Clear explanations and easy communication. I recommend.

We had a great stay and we felt very welcome at the place. Daniela helped us with learning about the location and gave us a lot of good tips and advice on how to have a good stay.

Antonello's G house is well-stocked, very clean, with sheets, tablecloths, towels all of excellent quality and fragrant. The house is designed in every detail to make the guest feel good. The house had brand new blankets, a service of plates, cutlery and dishes for the kitchen as in a real Italian house. Antonello also hosted us with gifts: with wine, sauce and pasta as he knows how to make a guest. We felt pampered when we arrived. In addition, my boyfriend had a small cut on his finger and in the house we found everything you need (oxygenated water, first aid kit and many useful things for him). Sipping a coffee in the morning on that balcony with that view of the Ligurian Sea will remain in our hearts. A wonderful experience to experience. We'll definitely be back. Thank you Antonello!

beautiful apartment, immersed in silence and tranquility. Too bad for the hot tub that didn't work, it would have been great to take a relaxing bath. The only thing to review is the cleanliness of the pans and stove. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

Great place for a long weekend at the coast! We stayed here in early October, and very much enjoyed the apartment at the water front, with a parking nearby. Highly convenient for walks along the beach, with nice restaurants located nearby. The only (very minor) thing – for us the online check in was quite useless, because we had to provide our documents again…

We had a wonderful stay in Sanremo, the flat was very clean and welcoming, better than we expected. There is everything you can need during your stay. We enjoyed staying here and we would definitely recommend it to others. It is a close walk to the center of Sanremo or with the bikes Filippo offers. The pool was not yet open at this time of the year, but this was not an issue for us, we knew it upfront. We would definitely choose Filippos flat once again if we come back to Sanremo.
