Before talking about the apartment, I want to say that Antonio and Giulia were two exceptional people. For a series of coincidences on the first day our dog was lost and having asked Antonio for help, they immediately went out of their way through social media, in the search. After a few hours when I was no longer hoping for it, Antonio calls me and tells me that he found the dog! Wonderful news, so thanks again to you guys! The apartment is very nice, tidy and super clean. It is also very central, in 2 minutes walk you are in the center and at the proton of Roccaraso. Antonio is always available for advice or any kind of need. If you want to take a vacation in Roccaraso and you are no longer people, go to the Regina vacation home and you will be satisfied, without a doubt or perplexity! We'll definitely be back...

The house is located a short walk from the center of roundabouts, equipped with all the comforts, super working heating and hot water, two well-finished bathrooms. Giuseppe is very available in communications, the house is comfortable and practical, in 4 with 2 children the spaces begin to be a little tight on a long time, a single closet in the living room. The location is strategic in both summer and winter. Good value for money. We were there on New Year's week, and I'd love to come back for the winter holidays.

Very comfortable house both as a structure and as a location, very close to the center. Very warm and cozy. Outstanding hospitality.

the host Luigi was really kind and very helpful with his valuable advice; his apartment is very spacious but maybe a little too cold, definitely for the short notice of our reservation; for the cleanliness there could be a little more attention to spiders and cobwebs. Breakfast had a wide choice of drinks and snacks, Luigi also provided milk packs! The Christmas tree on when we arrived was really nice and the view around the apartment is spectacular! For those arriving by car, pay attention to the parking below the house, those who have an off-road vehicle can do it better, for sure 🤣 Highly recommended!

Very good accommodation, up to the description and photos. there is one bathroom per bedroom and the kitchen is very well equipped. the terrace is a real plus.

Property located in the town square next to the castle of Monteroduni in a historic building, on 3 levels. The view from the top floor is beautiful, the renovation is good, air conditioning excellent comfort. The only element to improve perhaps the bathroom of the third level, whose shower is perhaps a little small. It would be helpful to have a change of pillows, and a bottle of water upon arrival.

What can I say? Everything is perfect! Very nice and carefully decorated apartment. Breathtaking views, everything you could find in a home, even more. TOP heating! Super equipped kitchen, not to mention the fireplace, detail not to be overlooked for a welcoming atmosphere on family evenings. Great location to visit local places. Definitely worth going back💯🤩. Wonderful host! Angelina is a really great lady,friendly,helpful and sunny. The apartment is a favor and a few meters away on foot from the center,where there are many typical restaurants in the village and where there is a crazy view! The only painful note is the parking 😓 being a wonderful area you have to arm yourself with patience and luck! (At least for the week of August) Only one, I thought you could see the lake from the balcony... no! But IN short, I WOULD BE BACK! IT'S WORTH THE TRIP! STRACONSIGLIO!

What a lovely little town! Very quiet about 10-15 minutes off the main highway the little village is quaint with friendly neighbors. Anna the host was very helpful and welcomed us with fresh mozzarella, pasta and sauce. We enjoyed horse back riding and went to the local lake which was fun. You will definitely get your steps in walking up the steep roads which we loved.

An unforgettable stay. The apartment is attention to detail, a special attention to guests. The apartment enjoys a spectacular view, it is clean, the rooms are comfortable, everything is perfect. The owner is a lovely and available person. The parking space is reserved and thanks to the directions provided it is easily accessible from the street. Unexpectedly we found what is most necessary for a hearty breakfast even if only for one night. An immersive experience in nature and greenery. The perfect stay for those looking for tranquility and at the same time want to visit the places and cultural heritage of the area. Our rating is 10/10!!! We will definitely be back.

We stayed in this house in Roccaraso with my family and had a great time! The location is perfect, right in the center, convenient to reach everything on foot. The house is cozy, functional and well equipped, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Finally, a big thank you to the host, who was extremely kind, helpful, and accommodating. Everything was incredible! Truly. Luca met us and showed us where to park. He and his mother showed us the apartment with grace and caring. Furnished beautifully. I told him it was too nice for a rental (and I meant it). I rent fairly often and this place is amazing. As are the hosts. Don’t hesitate.

Emanuele was so flexible about our check-in time! To get into the place, he had to meet us with the keys, and even though we got in around 2am, he was super friendly!

Great location, close to the slopes, with a breathtaking view.

We had a great short stay. We decided last minute for a couple ski days Check in was super easy. Great instructions sent. Super warm and cosy. Comfy beds. Maybe take your own towels if you prefer fluffy towels as these were like using a napkin but that’s just personal preference Could do with some wine glasses too. The location into the old town is amazing. Everything you need. 10 min drive from the large main ski area

Perfect house and in a great location for skiing. The only drawbacks are the extra money for cleaning, in my opinion a little excessive and the lack of night activities for young people. In addition, the check-in time has been changed several times and we only had the final check-in time once we arrived at the hotel. However, the cleaning lady was quite responsive and easy to contact

I spent 4 days in Barrea with my husband and our 3 children. The apartment matches the description and photos, clean and with a beautiful view of the lake from the two terraces. In a few minutes you can climb the viewpoints and the historic center (really beautiful). Restaurants, bakery, and other small shops within walking distance (restaurants are worth booking, especially on August weekends!). Nearby there are many nice activities to do with children (we took the tour with chamois horses and the visit to the deer center for example).
