Welcome to our apartment in Montesilvano, just a short walk from the sea! 🌊 A comfortable and well-maintained space, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the coast. The flat is bright, cosy and thought out down to the last detail, making it ideal for a couple or a family with 1–2 children. One of the main advantages is the location: you can walk to the sea in a few minutes, and there are cafés, restaurants and shops nearby. We will be happy to host you and are always on hand if you need anything.

A well-appointed bedroom features a spacious bed with white linens, accented by bright orange cushions. Two bedside lamps illuminate the space, and fresh towels are neatly arranged on the bed. A vibrant artwork hangs above the bed, adding a touch of color to the neutral walls.

We provide breakfast essentials and a coffee maker. The kitchen is equipped with appliances, dishes and pots of various kinds.
