Depandance Fico is located in a VILLA dating back to the 1700s in the heart of Abruzzo, surrounded by a beautiful hilly landscape, which has as its background the massif of THE GREAT ROCK, about 25 km from the beaches of the Adriatic Sea. The Fico Depandance was the pantry of the house, where jams, sauces and sauces were preserved. When they were kids, they stole cherry syrups, sinking their hands in their mouths. After the restoration it became a 2 bedroom apartment, a living room and a bathroom.

La Depandance Limone è all'interno di una VILLA del 1700 collocata nel cuore dell’Abruzzo. E’ circondata da uno stupendo paesaggio collinare, che ha come sfondo il massiccio del GRAN SASSO. E' stata per anni il forno a legna di famiglia, qui si sfornavano pani e dolci. La parete in pietra conserva i segni di questo uso. Old stone was build in the early 20th century and recently restructured respecting its original characteristics. Where the kitchen and lounge area with fireplace are now, there was previously the cow stall and hayloft (common areas on the ground level). On the last floor we have this indipendent room with a double bedroom and private bathroom well-equipped coffie corner. Outiside a terrace with an amazing view on the valley, ideal for breakfast, cocktails and barbeque.
