We recommend this apartment in a 1965 building located in the center of Warsaw's Ursus district, ~100 meters from Tysiąclecia Square with bus stops, and ~500 meters (7 min. walk) from the Ursus Płn. train station with a continuous connection to the city center (14 min. to Central Station). Within a 150-meter radius, there are 3 Żabka shops, bakeries, a KETO confectionary, sushi, etc. The apartment has been recently renovated and equipped with necessary appliances, easy check in with smartlock.

Very nice apartment. There is a kitchen with a living room, bedroom, bathroom and a balkony. Behind the building there's a small forest as well as a nice park. Around 200 m from the appartment there's a shopping mall and a cinema. For guest use there`s a undergrung car park with dedicated place. In the kitchen for comfort f guest there are basic kitchen staff like coffee, tea, sugar, salt, oil, spices etc... Night silence applies between 22.00-06.00 so it`s not adequate for parties.

Nice studio with balcony on a quiet & green street

This is a studio apartment with independent entrance in a detached house. This house is located on a very pretty, quiet street at the wall of horse racing. A totally unique place. The apartment has an entrance hall, room, bathroom, mini kitchen, warderobe and a terrace. Very comfortable for 1 - 4 people. There is an extra payment of 10 euro for the third and fourth person as well as for the second one that needs a separate bed. For a dog the additional fee is 20 pln per day.

Mój dom położony jest w Opaczy Małej 10 km od centrum Warszawy. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja dla osób, które chcą zwiedzić stolicę i jednocześnie wypocząć na łonie natury z dala od miejskiego zgiełku. Piękna zielona okolica sprzyja spacerom. Do dyspozycji gości jest całe piętro z prywatnym wejściem w domu jednorodzinnym. Idealne miejsce do pracy zdalnej.
