A special place where you can work or relax looking at the peaceful sea of Pucusana Bay while hearing seabirds and fishing boats. A safe and quiet place, without cars and surrounded by nature. We are part of an association available for any questions. Shopping and restaurants with delivery services. Ideal for disconnecting with family, partner or friends, as well as seeing marine fauna, doing water sports, diving, working in peace and enjoying Peruvian cuisine.

Barranco, a unique tower with sea and park view

This apartment was one of the main reasons we stayed in Lima. It has the best view of the coastline and although it is in the heart of Barranco, you feel peace and can hear the sea at night. It's a unique 4-floor tower from the '70s, completely remodeled. It keeps Barranco's charm but has all you need to for a comfortable stay. Lots of light, amazing views, and an unbeatable location. You can walk to most of your must-see list or take a 15 min taxi.
