Juarez (Access to Puebla Center), 10 minutes from Volkswagen, 15 minutes from Cholula, 5 minutes from Galerías Serdán Shopping Center, 15 minutes from Angelópolis Shopping Center. Next to the subdivision, there is a Walmart and a Mega Comercial Mexicana. 3 parking spaces and common areas in the subdivision with children's games, basketball court and barbecues.

Beautiful house with excellent lighting located a few minutes from the historic center on foot. Nearby you will find the entrance to the Puebla tunnels, one of the city's main tourist attractions. Next to it are the Forts of Loreto and Guadalupe, famous for the battle of May 5. There is also the cable car and the Expo Center, where the Puebla Fair is held every year. It is also very close to the Convention Center. It is NOT inside a subdivision
