“Unfortunately we never made it because of a terrible accident. Lorenzo was amazing. Above and beyond what we would expect from an airbnb host. We hope to have another opportunity to stay in his space and definitely to meet and give him a hug.”

“Very nice home. Edyli, charming picks you up from the airport ($ 20) and drives you to her house and her friend. To get to Punta Cana, you have to take a local bus (0.50 pesos) about 20 minutes. The bedroom is spacious and pleasant (no blackout curtains for street lights). Wifi works well. The bathroom is large (no hot water but you are in DR ...). Edyli kindly drove me back to the bus station the day I left. Thank you Edyli. To recommend”
Located in a nice, safe and quiet neighborhood, my place is within easy access to public transportation routes that will take you to all major attractions, markets, restaurants, stores and of course the beach.
“Alberto is a very nice guy with the most adorable little daughter. He took me grocery shopping the day I arrived and was always available by phone if I needed anything. The room has nice marble tile throughout. The bathroom is all marble tile. Vaulted ceilings. The room is very large. Great value. It is a little less than half a mile walk to the main road to catch the buses to Downtown Punta Cana and Bavaro beaches. Buses cost 40 pesos each way which is less than a dollar.. You can exchange dollars for pesos at Popular bank in Downtown Punta Cana. Use pesos for everything except taxis, you get a better deal with dollars on taxis. Use pesos for everything else. I don't recommend travel by motorbike. It is very dangerous. Use buses and taxis. Taxis are very expensive so use buses whenever possible. Alberto's place is mostly just for sleeping and storing your belongings. It is not really for entertaining guests. Keep in mind you are just renting a bedroom in his family home. Alberto is an excellent host. If you need a safe and clean place to stay, his place is perfect.”
