Quiet accommodation. Very good location, paved access, ample parking, street lighting, spacious, cold A/C, SmartTV, kitchen, refrigerator, bar, hot/cold water (boiler). 4 blocks from the sea. Excellent option for relaxing and fishing. Space for 8 people (2 double bedrooms and 2 sofa beds) Surveillance rounds as it is located in front of a school zone and football stadium (there are no neighbours). It has a filleting area and a ladder to board the boat.
