This magnificent two-bedrooms apartament is inside of a renovated building where traditional architectural elements had been conserved such as exposed wooden beams on its high ceiling and "ostionera" stones, typical from old city of Cádiz. Upon entering the apartment, we have access to the spacious and bright living room, furnished with high-quality furniture and design elements, with a modern fully equipped open kitchen. Both sides of the living room we find the two independent bedrooms, both have completed en suite bathrooms with shower, double beds wich measures are 1.80 x 2.00 and integranted Tv. One of them also has a reading table. The whole apartament is exterior with four balconies facing General Luque street, which is few metres away from the most famous comercial streets in Cádiz, like San Francisco and Culumela and steps away from the main monuments and atractions of Cádiz historic centre. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**. During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.

Es un atico (3º sin ascensor) muy coqueto en un edificio auténtico de primeros de siglo totalmente renovado. Precioso y luminoso ático en el centro histórico de Cádiz con wifi. El piso ha sido renovado recientemente y el edificio en el que se encuentra data de 1900. El apartamento tiene un dormitorio, un salón, una cocina completa comunicada con el salón, y un baño. La cocina está totalmente equipada. Cuenta con horno, figorífico grande, lavadora, microondas, cafetera, cocina de 4 fuegos y varias sartenes, ollas, bols, platos, vasos y cubiertos. El dormitorio tiene una cama de matrimonio, dos mesillas de noche, dos armarios y un aparato de aire acondicionado; en el salón hay un sofá de dos plazas, una mesa baja, un silloncito de mimbre, una mesa de comedor con dos sillas y una televisión. El apartamento cuenta con aire acondicionado en el dormitorio. El apartamento tiene dos balcones a la calle y un pasillo con una pared acristalada que da al patio por lo que es muy luminoso.
