Beautiful apartment on the seafront

Disconnect from the routine in this unique place and enjoy an unforgettable vacation by the sea. On the Mediterranean Sea's waterfront, with a swimming pool, tennis court, supermarket across the street, cafes, restaurants, bakery, pharmacy, all within walking distance of the development. The beautiful and completely newly renovated apartment is located on the ground floor of the apartment complex Marinesco 1 near the sports port of Tomas Maestre on the peninsula of la Manga at KM 12. It offers two bedrooms, a bathroom with bath and separate toilet, a spacious kitchen and an enchanting living-dining room with adjoining terrace. A small staircase leads to a small garden, which also belongs to the apartment. Pool and tennis court are just a few steps away.
