It has 2 bedrooms, one double and one on the second floor with 4 beds. You can request a crib for 1 baby. The house has wifi, a washing machine with a dryer, a pellet stove, and a wood and gas stove. Coffee beans and mate always available. It has excellent insulation, you can go in the cold months.

The house is located opposite a lagoon formed by an arm of the River Ibañez, a favourite habitat for migratory birds. The house is in a secluded location and services may not always work automatically. Guests need to take care of the heating.
